What has been your experience with the "free service seeking customer" ; especially in the family and friends affinity category?
As a service provider, what has been your greatest achievement so far?Are people more willing to pay for your services now; than when you started?
One of the things you have to contend with as a Service provider is how to create value and the ability to place a price on your value offering and make people pay for it.
Unfortunately, most people are good at creating value but not skilled at making the real money.
Africa itself poses its own peculiar challenges. Our sentiments in dealing with family and friends who demand our services for free is one good reason why we may never succeed in our service delivery occupation.
They are more willing to pay at the tomatoes and yam market
They will pay cash at the fish and pepper soup bar
They will also pay cash for their flat screen TV
When they come to your office, they resort to grammar on how you should help them for free or why they have to pay you later or why you have to consider the family or friendly ties
You can be rest assured that if you continue to yield to their demands ,very soon ,you will not be able to pay at the tomatoes and yams market nor will you be able to visit the kind of pepper soup bars they go to or use the kind of flat screen TV in their houses.
Creating procedures and learning the skills that will convert these " free service seeking customers" to "paying customers" is one skill you need to acquire as a service provider .If you are still clueless on how to scale this hurdle in your business, hurry now and click the "Book now" button and BizDoc will be more than happy to take your business to that Vantage position it deserves.
