they convince YOU that PROMOTION IS FREEDOM

YOUR BOSS DOESN'T NEED YOU RICH
HE NEEDS YOU DEPENDENT
Because dependent workers stay loyal
While free people walk away
do you know why most people stay stuck at the bottom
BECAUSE THEY CLIMB THE WRONG LADDER
Let me explain
every ladder you see
Career, Business, even Relationships was built by someone else
And if you climb a ladder someone else designed
you're not going up
YOU'RE BEING GUIDED TOWARDS THEIR GOAL
This is Called Structural Power
it doesn't need force
it doesn't need persuasion
it just sets the rules so you play the game
without even realizing that you have already lost
