International Health Management Services Ltd. (IHMS):
LNC’s Chief Consulting Officer(CCO), Fola Omoni Occupied the Gaps created when The Chief Marketing Officer of IHMS resigned in 2011: He coordinated Marketing department weekly meetings, reviewed weekly marketing reports to assess staff performance and ensured the department had excellent sales pipeline while maintaining smooth flow of activities between departments. He also restructured the quality of service delivered to customers and managed a team of marketing executives who sealed several accounts worth over N80 million within 19 months.
Alubond:
LNC’s CCO achieved large sales turnover in eight months as the Head of Marketing of the company. A couple of the projects include; Beachwood Estate Project and Thekan Services project among many others. He also led the negotiation team that was awarded the Nigerian Defense Academy Cladding Project in Kaduna valued at One Hundred and Forty Million Naira (N140, 000,000).
Myshayo.com:
LNC’s CCO managed the Sales and Fulfillment department of myshayo.com, an e-business startup, and got the departments up and running at inception. He also created all the sales, marketing and fulfillment department documents, internal control system, process flow, sales projections, market research, sales budget, sales targets, sector distribution of sales team and sales strategy. In the first three months of consulting for myshayo.com the company hit Twenty Three Million Naira in sales.
Okay Centre:
LNC Ltd. managed the turnaround maintenance of the manufacturing and events facility based in Abuja FCT; coordinated all departments to meet targets and corporate objectives. Within 12months, LNC made sales turnover of over One Hundred and Ninety Million Naira Only (N190, 000, 000), this translates to over 30% of Okay center’s projected yearly target. LNC also created internal control policies for the sales and marketing department.
