URGENT VACANCY
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. Who will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies to drive team sales growth and meet company objectives.
- Leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals.
- Overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to inform marketing decisions.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns and projects.
- Scout for Projects and innovations and deliver deals through world-class pitching /presentations
- Any other task assigned by management
Requirements and skills
Proven 3-5 years working experience as a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager or a relevant role would be highly considered.
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
Proficiency in English
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport
Time management and planning skills
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field.
