Dear customers,

Things you should never do when ordering a cake or picking up a cake

1. Never tell a baker that you will pay after the party

2. Never ask for free tasting from a baker before you order for the job.

3. Never try to compare prices of Different bakers. Always go for what you want and pay for it.

4. Always insist and pay for delivery so the baker delivers the job themselves especially if it is a tiered (two step or more) cake. Tiered cakes are best handled by the baker.

5. What I ordered vs what I received version is mostly a mistake by a client who don't want to pay well. If you see a cake you like, contact the original baker or look for a good baker and pay well for it!

6. Cake is not just flour and sugar. There are minor expenses you don't see in cakes which the baker must spend in order for you to have a beautiful cake.

7. Never compare prices of cakes in eateries to customized cakes.

8. Cake presentation is outdated and not a MUST! If your baker isn't comfortable with it, pls cut them some slack. You paid for a cake not an MC.

9. Most importantly, always tell your decorators the nature and size of your cake so they can provide a good table stand for your cake. It's the duty of the decorator to make that happen unless the baker agrees to go that extra length to give you a good job.

10. Lastly, the only thing we add to cakes are edibles. Stop requesting that bakers add any thing u brought from home to your cake! It is not just your cake.
