Vegefresh

Vegefresh The Company before its incorporation was being promoted by Prince J. K Samuel who himself inherited a farming business, though informal at that time.

Brief history of the Company

Like most farm development initiatives around the world, our agricultural development company has grown from a little beginning as a family business to become an expansive farm development initiative known today as Vegefresh Company Limited. The farming business has been successfully pass down from its inception to the third generation, the current promoter, S. J Samu

el leveraging on the opportunity presented by mechanized agriculture to expand its farm operation and adopting contemporary approaches to drive a new level of revolution in the sector. Departing from subsistence farming approaches and the incorporation of Vegefresh Company Limited under the Company and Allied Matters Act 1990 of the Federal Republic of Nigeria the company has since expanded its operation with a more proactive, dynamic and team work management, with clear but steady steps to champion change in the divide which exist in the Nigeria’s agricultural development programs. It’s the genuine business intention of the new management to ensure speed in championing its revolution. As a dominant player in the Nigerians agricultural sector our team designs and promotes a new farm development approach (triangle of change). The new program ensures an all inclusive approach which makes farming more attractive to most players who are predominantly rural farmers, retired civil servants and part-time farmers. Vegefresh has developed a wide network to make farming more attractive and also guarantee market for our farm produce. The importance of agriculture in economic balance of every society cannot be over emphasized; hence our renewed desire to ensure the good old day of a profitable agricultural sector is revived, days when Nigerian economy depends of agriculture. It is our team’s common motto “that only Nigerians understand the dynamics of our in-country challenges’ and only Nigerians can proffer the solutions required”. It is therefore our honest and genuine business intention at Vegefresh Company Limited to propel the wing of agricultural revolution. Ours is both a patriotic and business call to bridge the economic gaps and align it to profit, improve the living conditions of the populace and better the lots of the teeming masses of Nigeria.
