Join us as we proudly celebrate an extraordinary milestone — 25th remarkable years of dedicated service by Mr. Kazeem Olabanji Bamidele (FCA, FCTI) to Paints & Coatings Manufacturers Nigeria Limited (PCMN).

There are employees, and then there are pillars upon which institutions are built.
Kazeem Olabanji belongs firmly to the latter.

From joining PCMN in its earliest days as a Company Accountant, to rising through the ranks to become Director Commercial, his journey stands as a shining example of loyalty, discipline, humility, resilience, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence.

For twenty-five years, Kazeem has walked side by side with the growth of PCMN — contributing not only through his expertise and leadership, but through his calm wisdom, integrity of character, and deep respect for people at every level of the organization.

What began as a small operation with a vision to manufacture world-class coatings in Nigeria has grown into a respected industry leader serving the Oil & Gas, Marine, Protective, Industrial, and Decorative sectors across the country.

As we reflect on this milestone, we extend our deepest appreciation to our incredible employees — past and present — whose dedication, professionalism, technical expertise, and resilience have shaped PCMN into the company it is today.

The recently concluded Painters and Independent Sales Agents Forum in Lekki, in collaboration with one of our valued distributors, brought together painters, business owners, and sales agents for meaningful engagement and growth.

Through practical sessions, product insights, and shared experiences, participants explored new ways to strengthen their craft, expand their businesses, and better understand our decorative range — Proma and Plascon.
