Again, we ( and @ continued our Intercultural Competency workshop, and this time, we were hosted by Vidduskola in the beautiful city of

Participants shared their experiences from different parts of the world as we referenced the Tradition, Values, Rituals, and Symbols of Nigeria, after which good practices were identified and exchanged.

The benefits of intercultural competency can not be underestimated has its understanding fosters cultural diversity and sustainability, global communication and partnership hereby creating a greater impact in project outcomes, and it improves peaceful coexistence and tolerance.

Eurofortis IT SIA, Latvia, and Deloris Mundo, Nigeria, organised a workshop session for teachers in Latvia on the topic "Intercultural Competency."

We had the opportunity to present Africa; Nigeria as a case study to show the values and benefits of what intercultural partnerships can create.

It was an interactive session filled with curiosity and surprising moments as i took them through the amazing cultures and traditions in Africa, Nigeria, and in the end we were able to identify those different ways by which Europe and Africa truly can grow and benefit from each other via intercultural competences!.

So far, so good, the Erasmus+ projects of the European Commission have given the opportunity to engage in such partnership, and the results and impacts have been remarkable!.

Together, we can do more!.
