1. Sales Rep
Requirements:
* Minimum of SSCE/Diploma or its equivalent in a recognized and approved institution
* Age not more than 24 years.
* A year experience in sales of mobile phones/retail business is an added advantage
* Excellent Oral and written communication skills.
* The ability and desire to sell
* Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* A confident and determined approach
Responsibilities
Ø Ensure high level customer satisfaction through excellent sales service;
Ø Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information on product features
Ø Recommend several sales strategies inorder to drive sales
Ø Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options with customers
Ø Cross sell products
Ø Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Ø Build productive trust relationships with customers
Ø Error free transactions/Ability to follow laid down processes for sales initiatives and routine duties
2. Customer Service Assistant
Requirements:
* Minimum of SSCE/Diploma or its equivalent in a recognized and approved institution
* Age not more than 24 years
* Two (2) years experience in Customer Service is an added advantage
* Ability to handle complaints and difficult situations
* Computer and administration skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* A polite, thoughtful and friendly attitude
* Having an interest in helping people
Responsibilities
Ø Resolve issues and complaints from customers by providing them with appropriate information
Ø Provide help to customers by offering advice whenever necessary
Ø Ensure that every customer who steps in through the company’s door leaves a happy person
Ø Cross sell products
Ø Adequate record keeping and zero loss of warranty phones
3. Teller
Requirements:
* Minimum of SSCE/Diploma or its equivalent in a recognized and approved institution
* Age not more than 24 years with two (2) years experience in Tellering with a retail business
* Computer literate
* Ability to concentrate on details
* Multi-talented and resourceful ability when handling different tasks
* Highly skilled in promoting friendly atmosphere and efficient customer service
* Effective communication skills and proven integrity, as well as sincerity
Responsibilities:
Ø Handle cash transactions with customers
Ø Proper record and stock keeping
Ø Scan goods and collect payments
Ø Issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
Ø Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
Ø Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Ø Greet customers when at the pay point
Ø Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
Ø Adequate product knowledge
Ø Provides pricing information by answering questions.
Ø Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures.
4. Sales Supervisor
Requirements:
* Minimum of HND/BSc in any course from a recongnized higher instutition
* Age not more than 31 years
* Four (4) years experience in sales of mobile phones with a retail business
* Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
* Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
* Must have customer service skills
* Must have the ability to drive
* Ability to lead and direct the sales representatives
* Computer and administration skills
Responsibilities
Ø Surpassing Sales Target
Ø Prompt response to Customers’ needs.
Ø Error free transaction handling
Ø Executing planned Sales initiatives
Ø Optimization of every sale through various sales techniques especially cross selling.
Ø Ability to handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
Maintain branch cleanliness, health and safety measure
5. Customer Service Supervisor
Requirements:
* Minimum of HND/BSc in any course from a recognized higher institution
* Age not more than 31 years
* Four (4) years experience in Customer Service with a retail business
* Computer and administration skills
* Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
* Proficiency in microsoft office applications
* Good conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Responsibilities:
Ø Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Ø Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
Ø Follow service procedures, policies and standards
Ø Keep accurate records and document of customers
Ø Cross sell products
Ø Adequate record keeping into the warranty software and zero loss of warranty phones
Ø Constant follow up on customer Via Email, Sms & telephone call in respect to their devices
