When it comes to crypto investments, new investors may get overly enthusiastic by the results they see and put their entire funds into crypto. Yet, crypto YouTubers and analysts start with the phrase: "This is NOT a financial advice" but go ahead to give their analysis about the tech, adoption, charts, investing tips, price speculation, etc.
What does this mean? All responsibilities for consequences of any investment action taken lies with you. So a costly mistake such as investing your entire life savings into a volatile market without proper research lies solely with you.
This constitutes a disclaimer. It assumes you took all trade actions willingly, understanding the implications.
The next time you want to trade, do remember that you will not be able to sue the trader who called out signals because he issued a disclaimer.
