Job Title: House Manager
Location: Abuja
Salary: ₦500,000 Net
GloMau Limited is recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of House Manager.
The House Manager will oversee the seamless day-to-day operations of a private residence, ensuring the home is well-coordinated, efficient, and maintained to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing household staff, vendors, and activities with minimal supervision while maintaining absolute confidentiality.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Oversee and coordinate daily household operations.
• Supervise and manage domestic staff, including housekeepers, cooks, nannies, and gardeners.
• Schedule and monitor maintenance, repairs, and servicing of household equipment and systems.
• Manage household budgets, expenses, and petty cash; maintain accurate financial records.
• Plan and coordinate events, gatherings, and family schedules.
• Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Ensure the home is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Manage household inventories, including groceries, supplies, and equipment.
• Oversee security protocols and ensure the safety of the household.
• Handle personal errands, travel arrangements, and administrative tasks for the family.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism.
🔹 Qualifications
• Previous experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in managing budgets and household administration.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and adaptable.
🔹 Academic Qualification
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in any relevant field.
• Additional training or certification in hospitality, household management, or related areas is an added advantage.
