Don't be so scared of failing that you don't bother trying; you may regret it. If you never try, you'll never know.

If you don't dare to try and chase your dreams, you'll rob yourself the joy of doing it and succeeding, or at least, the satisfaction of a bold attempt.

Focus on/treat the cause, not the symptoms.

A number of companies make the error of getting distracted fixing things that won’t necessarily improve operations or profits, rather than focus on assessing their business processes.
