*Job Brief* :
The *Regional Marketing Manager* would help our company promote its services in new and existing markets, as specified. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that will help us achieve our business goals in our Southern operations covering the entire SE, SS and SW Geo-political zones. You will also be responsible for managing and coordinating the work of our marketing team in your Region. If you have strong marketing and leadership skills, and you’re looking for an opportunity to make a difference in a growing company, we want to hear from you.

*Duties:*
* Develop a marketing strategy for the company’s key markets and key accounts.
* Implement the plan, coordinating with Head Office and operations teams.
* Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients, providing feedback, building loyalty, and helping them solve problems.
* Review and assess the effectiveness of all marketing operations, focusing on driving key performance indicators and customer retention.
* Specifically: Drive revenue, brand awareness, and customer acquisition and retention.
* Identify additional commercialized channels.

*Requirements And Skills* :
* Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences or related fields.
* 5+ years’ experience in marketing services and business development.
* Knowledge of Internet marketing and content management systems.
* Solid understanding of sales and marketing functions (e.g., strategy, planning, forecasting).
