The Sabbath day is a specific day of the week set aside for rest and worship. Rooted in the Hebrew word shavat (meaning "to rest" or "to cease, it originates from the creation account in the Bible, where God rested on the seventh day after creating the world.
And in summary the worship of the gods of the sun on Sunday was changed to worship the Almighty God, it's advice that every Christian should go to church on Sunday.
