MastaShelter Int’l Limited (formerly Mastamiin Realties Limited) was founded on the 4th October, 2005 and on the 21st September, 2007 it was converted into a limited liability company with CAC registration No: 710290 with an authorized share capital of one million Naira which subsequently increased to twenty-five million Naira share capital. The company is constituted with a board of 7 directors a
nd made up of a team of individuals working together to ensure we deliver effective, efficient and quality services and solutions to our numerous clients and customers. We have been providing our services which ranges from management of properties, real estate development and investment, advisory services, design, building and construction services to our clients and customers who are property investors, owners and or residents for over 7 years. Property Development:

We are able to do this by recreating, reshaping, restructuring, redesigning and reconstructing these buildings to offer more in value, meet modern economic realities and create a new world of comfort and functionalities for occupants.
