Key Responsibilities
1. Operations Management

Oversee production planning and ensure timely delivery of both ready-to-wear and bespoke orders.

Supervise in-house staff including tailors, admin, and sales teams.

Ensure high quality standards in fabric selection, tailoring, and finishing.

2. Team Leadership

Manage staffing needs, scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.

Foster a collaborative, accountable, and motivated team culture.

3.Client Relations & Customer Service

Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a seamless bespoke experience.

Handle escalated customer issues and ensure client satisfaction.

4. Sales & Business Growth

Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with the social media team to develop and implement marketing strategies (including social media).

Analyze customer trends to inform product decisions.

5.Inventory & Vendor Management

Work with the store officer to track stock levels and manage procurement of fabrics and materials.

Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of inputs.

6.Reporting & Administration

Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, expenses, and team performance.

Help with budgeting and financial tracking.
