We started a side hustle!
After brainstorming through different ideas, we identified an opportunity in sales of thrift items and properties of people who are japa-ing.
Our target market is people decluttering their homes and offices, people japa-ing, and new house and office owners looking. The work involves identifying people who need to declutter or sell their items and connecting them with those who want to buy the items. We would need to advertise and authenticate the products. The time commitment required would be at least 2hrs/ day and we would be open to collaborating with other like-minded people.
The financial commitment would cover buying phone data and credit, paying for social media ads and logistics involved in verifying items, company registration, and trademarking.
Resources required include a google form or website, laptop, phone, and camera. We would need to engage an assistant to support the process.
Skills required include digital skills, negotiation skills, sales skills, item authentication skills, photography and videography, people skills, and content creation skills.
