*WHY DID GOD GIVE US TWO EARS AND ONE MOUTH?*

The last time we spoke on this platform was the 2nd week in December 2021. Some probably have thought that we had naturally gone dead with 2021 but we say no, for as long as we have God in heaven who gives all the grace and so far as we have those who like to discuss and relate business issues with us, we just cannot stop.

We want to thank all our readers, those people who called 2021; those who mailed, those who we met with 2021, and those who took us part of their businesses 2021.

Those who mailed early this year wondering if we were actually coming up again, we say thank you to all of you and for all the love that you have shown.

We may not want to do adverts yet on this page but we advice the lucky ones who have actually discovered and come to love this page to continue to encourage more friends to come up on this platform every Monday.

What we do here is charity. It is an interactive session where we give out vital information free to friends. We shouldn’t be spending more money in form of adverts to making more people know our page.

We only like to congratulate the few privileged who have seen the page and have not ignored out of sheer arrogance.

We want you to be out of the every day financial troubles.

Olonade Abraham Olufemi is not a rich man. He has a future and as he plans his future for himself, he likes most of his friends to have the same if not greater thinking of how to be one of the richest men in the near future.

If Aliko Dangote can be rich, if Femi Otedola can be rich, and if Bill gates can be the worlds richest man at that tender age of less than 30years, then you can be rich too. That is what I say to myself every morning after prayers.

*WHY DO WE HAVE TWO EARS AND ONE MOUTH?*

We like to prepare our minds for the challenges that come with 2022.

Whatever challenges the world or the devil has put before us this year, the lord shall resolve for us in JESUS NAME.

I said to God the beginning of this year, I SAID GOD, LET YOUR MERCY SPEAK FOR ME THIS YEAR.

If you have God’s mercy walking with you to those places you seek favour to find jobs, favour for your strong proposals to be approved, favour to win that contract that a lot of people are bidding alongside with you, you just will have it your way as far as you pray for God’s continuous mercy to walk and work with you.

Naturally a lot of us had started the year with challenges. You know, some house rents have been increased, some school fees had been increased, and our cars too have given some troubles and all of that.

Olonade Abraham Olufemi has had his taste of some of these and some of his friends too have called to lament how challenging the year seems ahead and they are afraid, very afraid.

Life is a spiritual race and PRAYER AND FAITH is the only platform for securing God’s fulfilled prophecy in your life.

ONCE YOU HAVE GOTTEN YOURSELF TO KNOW GOD, then you stand the chance of enjoying that prophecy that comes with talking with him because the lord talks according to his ability, integrity and resources.

He is not like man. He won’t tell you something today and tell you another thing tomorrow. He won’t promise you what he cannot do.

A lot of us talk more than listen. The very few intelligent people will swallow their pride and gather more wisdom in addition to that wisdom and experience the lord has bestowed on them.

A strong and a wise person will continue to seek more knowledge while a weak and a stupid person will ignore knowledge and overlook advice.

They will not say who is this guy talking AND WHAT HAS HE ACHIEVED that makes him think he could give me the financial advice that I need.

I advise that those of us who talk more than listen change their ways and approach to life.

Let us swallow our pride and deduce one or more points of knowledge in addition to that we already have by simply staying 30mins in our private study at home or at that corner of the bed in our bedrooms to read articles from newspapers, free and motivating articles that come up the internet and other social networks like our radios and even our TVs.

It is not always at forums and seminars that we spend thousands on that we derive the best of knowledge.

Those professionals we fly to places and sleep in costly hotels to listen to AND PAY gather their information from all of these facilities around us.

Please, let us not look down on anyone as too little, too young or too in exposed to want to give the business or monetary advice that we need. Let us be more of a listener than a speaker.

I have learnt that being a listener than a speaker gives me more grace to think and absorb points of wealth from people.

*When I am opportune to talk to some of my friends and clients, I find out that when I do less of the talking, I gain more strength from the technical mistakes this person have made and was quicker to find myself in that position to talk him out of his troubles and shed more lights to his success while I learn from his mistakes too!*

Femi is just a food industrialist, Femi do not know it all and Femi cannot know it all.

He does refer to people of different business functions to move ahead. He do not pretend to be what he is not.

You know while we were in school, we used to say that at the age of 40years, come what may; we are settled, very comfortable, confident and very rich.

Today, majority of us are about and above 40years and we cannot just comprehend what our living standards is today talk less of what our tomorrow will be like.

*WE HAVE CHOSEN TO BE BUSY!*

We get busy every minute of our lives just to conquer fears.

Some of us are too busy to take care of our wealth and even our health.

We stay busy as a way of avoiding something we do not want to face. We don’t want to be reminded of our fears, if someone does, the person is in trouble.

You know what our responses are when our wives mentioned that it is time to pay another child’s school fees which have just been increased and we have no such amounts in our bank accounts or the rent has just been increased and must be paid this first month of the year when we just are battling to pay the school fees of our kids and all of that?🤔🤔

If we aren’t busy at work, we are busy watching TVs, chatting on the internet, taking a walk or a drive just anything to make us forget those problems.

*THE MOST COMMON FORM OF LAZINESS; staying busy!*

Now, what is this guy saying? What will it be like if we never had to work again?

If I don’t work, how do I afford that which I naturally could not afford? Now he calls getting busy laziness, now he is confused, can’t you see?

You know, when we don’t sit down to talk our problems with those that matter and are engrossed in one thing or the other, I CALL IT LAZY because we are afraid to face and tackle our problems.

The word I cannot afford it shuts our thoughts and the brain but when we talk to those who matter for instance, our intelligent wives or husbands, our friends, colleagues in business, and all other person around us that matter, we start to have possibilities, hopes and excitement.

We are challenged to want to diversify, we are excited to want to do more and in the process of us thinking and talking on how to find additional jobs and investment, we are making more money than we had expected and *I CALL THAT THE CURE FOR LAZINESS!*

I have come to learn that without a strong reason or purpose, everything in life is hard.

I am not rich yet but I have chosen to be rich. I think the same of you and it is this reason I like to share my thoughts with those who will let me; those who will not look at fellow humans as worthless; those who see an advantage in every person they come in contact with to forge ahead.

You won’t be surprised that your success lies in that poor man that will give you an advice rather than that rich and well connected friend of yours who will take you nowhere, promise to call back at your times of need but will never do until he needed something again from you!

Do not be too quiet and do not talk too much. Be more of the listening type but do not be too quiet before you are referred to as a witch and never talk too much before you appear too arrogant.

Having no money should not be an excuse for us not to learn.

We don’t need very big money to get information these days. Information is wealth.

Money is just power. I prefer wealth to power believe me. Money may come and go because money is a spirit.

Wealth will stay with you all of your life and after you have passed on; your impact is still felt.

It is a choice we make daily. The choice of what we do with our time, our money and what new things and information we get into our heads.

If you have read this article and some other articles this far, then I say congratulations as I see that you are not arrogant.

Arrogant people are the center of the universe, so they don’t read and probably don’t listen.

They argue instead to ask questions.

A true intelligent person welcomes new ideas as they come to him daily.

Learning is more important than talking.

*God gives only one mouth and two ears because he knows it is better to listen than to talk!*

You know why I keep friends who are rich and friends who are poor?

My friends who have money are always talking making more money. In the process I learn.

My friends who don’t have money don’t talk money, business or investment.

They rather will talk about women and politics and those people around them who have been successful at all times, so I learn from them what not to do!

You want to have rich friends because that is where the money is made. You are closer to getting information.

You know how to better profits with lower risks; the quickest return on your investment.

That is what we have friends for and it is not always about partying and women and you just moving with them or feeling among when you derive nothing from them.

Having good information and how to drive money makes you smarter than money.

Money will do as it is told when we technically know how best to handle it and put it under control.

We don’t borrow too much. I have practiced this and I am still suffering for it.

Borrowing is such a short term financial gain and a longer time financial enslavement.

We only borrow money to create more money. We don’t borrow money to acquire for us liabilities.

It is a habit that most of us as individuals, and even as a nation have gotten ourselves in.

*THE POWER OF GIVING:*

When you want something, you must first give.

A lot of NGOs today make their monies from here. You know, there are rich men who after they discover they have gone bankrupt will surrender their last doe to charity either in a church or NGOs.

*They believe in the power of that principle of reciprocity.*

Give out what you want and it comes to you double. It is the reason our pastors always preach tithing.

I wonder how many of us are faithful tithers?

I am not there yet and sincerely I am not a faithful thither.

Majority of the rich pay their tithes faithfully.

We that are still struggling always have something to do with that money and it is true!

You know poor people are greedier than the rich!

*THE WORLD IS A MIRROR OF YOU:*

Whenever I feel that people aren’t smiling at me, I just force myself to start smiling even though that mood isn’t very good.

I pretend at times all is well and surprisingly I realize I am surrounded by smiling people.

When you get to your work place you frown, that is the way the world sees you and it frowns back.

When you get to your work place no matter the circumstance you smile to your workers and colleagues, the world comes back smiling at you.

*BE A GENEROUS GIVER AND NEVER BE SELFISH:*

You only need to be generous with what you have. I may not be very rich yet, though some say to me that I am.

To me I am just starting because I know what I want for me and I know where I am going.

I am just starting and if I must receive I must learn to give part of that which I have got.

I don’t have plenty of money but the lord has given me much knowledge and ideas and I see that the more the advice I give to those who want to learn, the more I learned.

New ideas come in, more decisions come in and I am more excited to want to make more money and *That is the secret!*

There are also times when I have given and nothing has come in, I thank the lord for the joy that come in affecting a life.

There are many people who want to do instead of think, and there are people who like to think but will not do.

I love to be up and doing and I love fresh ideas, so I am both persons. Are you thinking this way too?

Don’t be that person who is easily talked out of the best business ideas.

Take action. If you do not have the money, look for people who do, never be afraid of selling out your ideas to someone who might take advantage of your financial weakness and dupe you out of your ideas.

What will be will be; and that is business and business is a risk instead of loosing out completely.

Stop to waste your time in what is not working and find something new.

I used to be afraid people will call me a failure if I left what I was doing that is not minting me money.

Today I have grown, I let people have their right to their personal opinion, and after all it is a free world. I just find which is better for me and I move on.

I just goggle the internet for the knowledge and ideas, newspapers for free articles and business information classes.

Sometime I spend little time in a drinking spot or have lunch with those who have done what I intended to do and I learn the secrets of their trade.

So many people make things difficult and take life too seriously.

We talk to a lot of people, make efforts and counter efforts, negotiate, reject and accept. I encourage us all to learn. It isn’t hard.

IF YOU WANT TO BE RICH, YOU MUST FIRST BE FOCUSED; NOT BALANCED.

The richest and the most expert in what they do were never balanced when they started. Balanced people do not move. They stay stagnant.

As a kid, when you attempt to start walking, you are a quack because you are not perfect yet you feel that passion to want to get up and walk.

In your attempt to want to walk, you fall severally and when you get up again, you know that which fell you the first time and this error is corrected the second time. If you are so afraid to fall, you will never walk.

When you start a business new, you are bound to make mistakes. People do criticize you. Don't be so mad at such people, think less about them and understand it is how majority are wired!

They expect that you give up and return to where you were coming from. You are called all sorts of names. Some even call you a quack or half baked in that which you are passionate about.

They say you are only a frustrated and a jealous person who wants to be original and will stop at nothing to being like the professional.

Do you remember how much the world criticized China?

It is man’s simple way of making you feel cheaper than you are worth.

They make you so inferior so much so that you want to give up that which you are passionate about.

If your mind is trained before the start of your business, all these critics are nothing but motivators to you. They drive you to want to prove to them you are not a quack.

How do you describe a person who takes passion in electricity? One, who likes to convert whatever form of power, is it light, water or heat to electricity and that person was never in a tertiary institution?

This person likes to be creative but people tend to discourage him because he is not a trained engineer from a university. They call him a quack…a fake and they make him feel like a nobody.

Just as I have never met that who has loved and has never gotten his heart broken sometime in his lifetime; so have I not met any rich man who has never lost some money in his attempt to becoming rich in his lifetime too.

A lot of us are so afraid of the pain that come with loosing money than the joy that come with making the money.

We want to conquer the fear of investing in more practical activities and let it go with 2020. Prepare our minds for a better 2021 and achieve more than we did achieve in 2020.

Let me draw your attention to the fact that balanced people never move. They never make it and they are never rich.

All they do is rest on their pay checks where all their lives depend and nothing else. Their lives are so well planned and fully rested on the end of the month pay where they have all expenditure for the year planned and that is it.

Business people are never balanced. SOMETIMES THEY WIN AND SOMETIMES THEY LEARN!

When you avoid failure, you avoid success, there is no two ways to it.

Good business persons and investors are of two types.

(1) Type A investor:

A type A investor is not a money illiterate. He is also not a dullard in the field of making money. He is that person who knows the importance of investing but is afraid to do the more practical thing.

He is a money coward. He would not want to risk it all. He will rather remain at his work place and seek the advice if a money management professional like the stockbroker, the accountants, and other financial planners.

He keeps his cash in cds, low yield bonds, and a few stocks. He is this person who like to invest but will never condone any form of losses.

(2) Type B investor:

A type B investor recognizes opportunities when he sees one. He is skillful in assembling these opportunities together and makes it whole.

He is this person who may have little money and believes in the power of multiplication, he wants to be rich. He is just focused at the beginning.

He is never balanced. He knows that balanced people go nowhere and usually balanced people are lost in their comfort zones.

They are the selfish people who don't think beyond the money in their savings. People who don't think of making a good name, a goodwill and a good business franchise. He believes that balanced people do not make progress.

He is this person who knows how to put pieces together or he knows people who know how. He is the type who doesn’t say all the time, where and how will I get the money?

He always found a way around it. Like in the instance of a person who wants to become a "Don" in the real estate business and do not have a dime in the bank.

He starts by making himself an agent, linking the buyers and the sellers and making his own percentage share off the deals or like that person who likes to be a well known manufacturer of fruit drinks who starts by marketing samples of the products for existing players in the field, then he is trusted to be a distributor, then he has gathered enough of trust and confidence from buyers and bankers and manufacturers alike and getting financial support becomes easier now.

Investment is not buying. It is more a case of knowing. Intelligent people work with or hire people who know more than they do in a particular field. This gives the opportunity to know more.

I have friends who are playing it safe, working hard at their profession and failing to gain financial wisdom which of course takes plenty of time and plenty of mistakes to develop.

You need not be an accountant to make it in life. The knowledge in simple mathematics, common sense and boldness is all that you need.

We have mentioned about you creating that distance between you and that person who often brings in your past mistakes to your present.

These are your visible enemies of progress who like to kill your spirit and the drive to want to move ahead.

I WILL RATHER WELCOME CHANGE THAN CLING TO MY PAST.

Let people not kill your creativity drive financially.

Financial intelligence is you having more options. If these banks fail me, what is my next option? You do not say the bank has failed me; I can no longer move on.

If the opportunities are not coming your way, what else can be done to increase your financial position?

You have a business chance of making good money, the bank will not talk to you and you feel that is the end?

You rather fashion out a way you can make the deal fly for instance by talking with a certain person who may have the cash but is not prone to the information and partner this person and still make your share of the deal instead of to loose all out. Never be that person who is always expecting the right thing to happen to a 100%.

If you are that kind of a person, you will never move on. MONEY IS NOT REAL, MONEY IS INFORMATION, MONEY IS INTELLIGENCE AND INTELLIGENCE IS SUCCESS!

Do not be that type who work hard, who always save in cash and who always borrow. A lot of people have plenty money but can not get ahead financially.

Rich people are always financially skillful, they are not ashamed to ask questions, they are often more creative and have calculated risks. They are these people who get out of the rat race very easily.

Once, wealth was all about land issues. Soon, the wealth shifted to those people who have production factories. Then it shifted to those who are industrialist in whatever trade.

Today, wealth is information. The better and more informed you are the bigger the money you make. You move around, you mingle with fresh minds for fresh ideas to move on. People who are often left behind are those people who cling to old ideas.

Some People loose jobs, assets and others and they put the blame on economy or their loved ones and even theirs bosses. They never see lapses in their own self. They blame their failure on others every time; ALL THE TIME.

In my own personal business experience, in my fewer gains and in my little losses, I have come to realize my financial genius rest in my knowledge and especially that courage to conquer my fears.

If I am always too afraid, my genius spirit is reduced and the weakness terrifies me.

We must learn to take calculated risks NOT careless risks.

Let that spirit of fear be converted to the spirit of power and brilliance. You know what they say about MORE LIVER, MORE MONEY.

A person has to be very daring and highly courageous to make it to the highest peak of life. I am not afraid to do anything like I said, so far as it is a decent means to making good money and leave me useful and significant person in the society in which I reside.

The more financially literate I am, the less discouraged I am by my failure to access certain funds to support my business affairs or loans to do my business.

It is not about my college degrees now. It is all about the guts, the balls, and the brilliance now that matters. It is how well I train that my most powerful asset; my mind to make it fetch me plenty of wealth.

How I wish I am mostly informed too as today most millionaires are making it via exposure to nothing, just ideas and agreements.

For these reasons and a few other reasons I pray the lord links me up with better people; people who invest in financial intelligence; people who move boldly forward; I DO NOT WANT TO BE WITH THOSE PEOPLE WHO ARE LEFT BEHIND.

This I want to be the faculty of thought for all readers of this piece; people who are willing to get out of the rat race in year 2020 and move ahead in the year 2021.

What I know makes me money, what I do not know looses me money.

Every time I have been afraid to ask questions when necessary and every time I have been too arrogant to want to pretend I know more than I do, I become poorer as I am no longer informed and I loose money.

A poor man will say what he does not know is not important. A brilliant and a rich man are always keen on knowing even what he is not expected to know.

Look around you, there is money all around you; you fail to see this money because you are not well trained to see it.

There are opportunities all around us and we see these opportunities only when our minds are trained to see them. You read more books and you do more research and you ask more questions because you have reasons.

If you find research and asking more questions so stressful so much that it has become work, there is no reason to want to continue as you have given up life and have settled for whatever life brings.

THERE IS NO TWO WAYS TO IT, YOU EITHER CHOOSE TO BE RICH OR YOU CHOOSE TO BE POOR. You know what a higher percentage of us feel?

(a) I am not old enough.
(b) When it is time I will be rich.
(c) God’s time is the best.
(d) My wife helps me in the funding; she has such a good paying job.
(e) Being rich is too much of a hassle.
(f) What is there in being rich?
(g) When I have so much money in my account, I will start on something.

I do not want my friends to choose me. I want to choose my friends. I love to choose who will encourage me to work smarter even if I failed.

🤔🤔I know what I want in life and I know the careful steps to take to achieve my aims too.

I know who to associate with to move me forward; as such I have to carefully choose my friends. The power and the spirit of association are strong. When you mingle with weaklings and people with low spirit, low drive and low self esteem, you may never get anywhere.

Above all is that power of prayers, faith and all the time positive thinking! I can be bill gates.

I can be Aliko Dangote. I am always mentioning Aliko Dangote in most of my discussions, he may have his shortcomings but he has a lot of influence in my faculty of thoughts.

He is not made popular by politics but the works of his hands and the bottom line is that all the monies that would have been deposited in banks he has used to establish industries that have affected the lives of plenty of people.

If more of our wealthy Nigerians and politicians will change their mentality and their mindsets and focus on improving and impacting on lives and people around them, we will be talking a better nation in Nigeria.

Aliko Dangote has not stopped; he is ever on his toes and is still not saying I am okay. What else do I need money for? How many of us are thinking like this man?

YOU HAVE YOUR BLESSINGS YES, THAT IS YOUR RIGHT. HAVE YOU THOUGHT OF HAVING EVERYTHING IN ABUNDANCE? THAT IS YOUR HERITAGE YOU NEED TO CLAIM!

I pray we all see the end of the year full of joy and in good spirits. As we talk in 2021, we all will have equal driven spirits and the power to move ahead.

What defines a man is the task and the enormity of the challenges you are confronted with . When you desire to achieve, exercise less fear, go for it and even if you don't achieve your aims to a 100%, it's not enough to discourage you if you truly have interest in what career you have chosen and the jobs you are happy doing. Consider every challenge an opportunity to do better next time. Define for yourself a narrow range of objectives and focus strictly on them. This is a fact I learned about life and it is what has kept me. I will be great, you will be great too.

TRADE IN WATER, FRUIT JUICES AND OTHER BEVERAGES:

We thank God for the rains; it is the showers of blessings as we claim all of the benefits that come with it this week IJN. We hope a high percentage of us remembered our mothers in prayers yesterday or how did we celebrate mother’s day? If you never did anything yesterday, you still have that chance to show your love. It is not too late. We know there are a lot of us who do not wait till this day to appreciate our mums.

We thank God for all our girlfriends then who are now full grown women. We call them mothers now and we must appreciate them. You know all of those our then ladies who are now mothers to not only our kids but to us the boys then turned fathers now, lol. Please, my friends, let us take the time to appreciate them. HAPPY MOTHERS DAY AGAIN.

We are in class 3, that class we are discussing with those of us who already are making between $1,000 and $2,500, that is N150,000 to N400,000 and above. We are discussing with a set of people who are not hungry. Those people who are meeting up perfectly the bills that comes with their daily living. Those people who are content and are comfortable the way they are and will not see the point in stressing themselves wanting to make a form of trouble filled establishment in the attempt to making more money.

These people we call THE CONTENT. They have gotten to their comfort zone and any attempt to want to seek for more funds is a waste of their time. When you are not into a kind of activity that publicize you too often, you concentrate the more and you make more money. It is a very practical thing.

A high majority of us prefer the life of the politicians where we are opportune to be voted or given a kind of a political appointment that speed up our wealth. Who does not appreciate good money that comes with ease? If we all are filled with this mentality, who will then provide jobs and benefit the lives of other people. We have said it in our earlier discussions; an average person is selfish and will think of no one else first but himself. The purpose of this platform is for us to be of good help to ourselves and all the people around us and especially our generation yet unborn.

All of our improved technologies that are of useful benefit to mankind come from either china or Japan and is still growing. United States is all about security, power and simple politics. Luxembourg is not popular, yet she is rated the richest country in the world. See Switzerland, Japan is all about industry and business development, see Liechtenstein, see Northway. These are the world’s richest country, yet they do not make noise. That is a kind of person we want you to be; a silent businessman who makes his money in PEACE.

When we look around us, we see all sorts of packaged water everywhere. The pure water business now when we are to start grading that business that has so much gotten people engaged in something we cannot rule out. Remember that period we buy water that is not labeled on the street for N1? That era we give no regard and care to the kind of food, drugs and water that go into our system? It is a different story now ever since the birth of NAFDAC. People are now more oriented and informed about safe guiding their health and are more careful about that factor.

An average person is expected to consume a minimum of 1.5liters to 2 liters of water per day. We have over 160million Nigerians by census. A figure we are not too confident in as the population is much higher. An average sachet of pure drinking water as is called come in 50cl; means an average person should consume on the average 10 to 20 sachets of this in quantity of water in a day. You then can imagine the quantity of this bagged water packed in 20 sachets that will be consumed by half our population in 1 day if we are to assume 50% of us will drink whatever other water that comes their way.

It is a very large market as we require replacement as we dehydrate every second. It is a natural calling we just must obey. Once you are thirsty, you must drink something, especially water. If you cannot afford money for all things say the economy is bad, you do not have a choice, and you will buy water to drink. It is the reason those who are in the business are making good money today and will continue to make more money as long as they can improve on their presentation of this commodity in terms of packaging.

That is where you come in. A higher majority of people are making money out of the pure water business but a lower percentage of them know how best to make their products preferred simply by adding a little more value in form of packaging and presentation.

Starting the pure water business is simple, I call it simple because once the lord has blessed you with facilities like land and building, and the remaining cost of starting up may not be as costly as that money it cost you to buy that your car!
Next week : We shall be discussing the process of location of the site for our water production, the required facilities like the machines that is required to run this business, other factors like the packaging material, the vehicles for sales and distribution, establishing our product name and labeling, process of product registration and other factors.

We will also discuss other drinks where the wise are making good money and a few of us has been in the dark in this regard.
