The time when a child has to be forced to study Law because the family has many law cases to settle is over, the world is drastically progressing and its looking for people who can think and create and not people with a thick card seeking for a job their generation never created. Parents; give us a chance to do what we love to do best and let our creator guide and direct us to our limelight and not you. Enough of sending future programmers to LAW school, enough of sending future fashion designer to study MEDICINE, enough of sending future shoemakers to study AVIATION, enough of sending future Farmers to study OIL & GAS all because of what you think you stand to gain. Once a child discovers his gift, he'll source for where to learn more about it himself once he sees the need to outshine others. God didn't make a mistake when he shared this gifts to each and every one of us. A Shoe Maker is as important as a chevron worker if not more important because he has secure a job for his generations to come where an employee is at risk of being sacked, being forced to lie so as to secure his office and craps like that . we'll all need ourselves one way or the other. Youths, lets not focus on how low the we think our talents are being rated in our community, lets focus on how to make people be in serious need of what we have to offer and we'll make a living. life is too short for anyone not to explore his/her gifts. Enjoy what you do no matter how irrelevant it seems to be, and do what you enjoy, its definitely gonna pay off someday if you're focus and let God lead. Your parents wont answer for you when you'll be asked: what have you done with your gift.
