Stroy time
There's a shop in my area with a bit of drama behind it.
A woman used to run the shop, but when she relocated, she rented it out to another lady we’ll call Mama D. That’s not her real name.
Mama D was paying rent to the first woman, and that woman would then pay the actual landlord. Mama D wasn’t making much profit from the shop, but the rent was cheap. She couldn’t even get half that shop size anywhere else in the area for the same price.
Here’s where it gets interesting: Mama D found out she was overpaying. The rent she was giving the woman was higher than what the woman was actually paying the landlord. So she decided to cut the middleman out and start paying the landlord directly.
That caused a misunderstanding between Mama D and the woman. Mama D refused to pay her the rent anymore. The woman then went to the landlord and told him she was no longer using the shop.
The landlord didn’t know Mama D was the one actually running it, so he took the shop back from her.
My question who should we blame in his matter? The woman mama d or the landlord
