​📌 Phase 1: Site Preparation & Excavation
​Every great masterpiece requires a strong foundation. We kicked off by clearing the terrain, breaking ground, and bringing in heavy machinery to excavate and level the site. Proper site preparation sets the tone for structural integrity and long-term quality.
​📌 Phase 2: Foundation & Groundwork
​With the ground prepped, we laid out the intricate reinforcement networks, plumbing conduits, and concrete footings. Seeing the blueprint translate onto the soil was a major milestone for our team on site.
​📌 Phase 3: Superstructure & Blockwork
​Watch the vision take shape! As the brickwork rose floor by floor, the scale and modern architecture of the 4-bedroom terraced duplexes began to stand tall against the skyline.
​📌 Phase 4: Decking, Framing & Roofing
​From precise concrete casting to setting up the roof trusses and laying high-grade aluminum roofing sheets, we have reached another crucial phase in securing the structure against the elements. Seeing the roof completed is proof of progress, resilience, and vision coming to life.
