WE’RE HIRING: BUSINESS MANAGER

This is not a general Business Manager role.

We’re looking for a high-performing professional who has built their career within a marketing, advertising, communications, PR, media or creative agency and is ready to take on broader responsibility for the business.

You should have 5–8 years of relevant experience and currently be operating in a role such as:

• Account Manager
• Business Lead
• Client Service Lead
• Business Development Manager
• Agency Operations Lead
• Or a similar agency role

More importantly, you should already have demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing clients, driving business/revenue, managing projects and taking commercial or operational ownership.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply managing accounts or projects and play a more significant role in building and growing an agency.

📍 Location: Ojodu Berger, Lagos
💰 Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦600,000 monthly
