Terms and Conditions for Membership By Public Induction Program
Applicants must be a growth and expansion companies, or a startup
Businesses/projects with financing requirements from the sum of $350,000 (Three hundred & fifty thousand dollars) and above will be accorded priority. However, a strong business plan with funding requirement below the sum of $350,000, but with exceptional value proposition may also be considered. Applicants must indicate in their membership application letters, their addresses with telephone numbers and email, required capital, nature of business and purpose for the debt/equity financing, before an applicant could be considered and linked with our technical partners for technical supports on capital raising. Applicants’ business ideas/projects which would be subsequently appraised by our technical partners must be bankable, show technological innovation, strong management team, and at least 30% return on investment (RoI)
Our Structure
Afrigo holds its annual African investment forum and exhibitions across the African continent . The hosting right is secured with us by the governments of the particular country of the forum each calendar year. Afrigo holds its weekly local membership meetings across Africa, where members of a local unit meet to interact, network, review contemporary business updates and ideas, and discuss Afrigo’s programs and events, and the welfare of members as a whole (please contact a member in your locality, see our prospectus or call us for more details on our weekly meetings) Within the organization, there are chapters, national regional and the international regional arms being coordinated by Afrigo’s members and managed by our corporate staff and management. Strategic Partner Company Teams:
Strategic partner companies’ team is a group of companies within the Afrigo’s network which have successfully networked/partnered on projects/transactions with other member company(s), and are therefore building on these business relationships with one another as going-concerns within the organization across Africa for both growth and expansion purposes Members of this team have the privilege of being recommended to corporate organizations and governments for partnerships whenever such requests arise. This team also complements the management of Afrigo in offering advisory services to governments at all levels on sector based programs Any member of Afrigo has the privilege of applying to be enlisted as a member of this strategic team provided such a member has successfully networked/partnered with another member company(s) on a project/transaction Members of this team are also involved in the planning of our annual forums & exhibitions. Their participation fees at such events are highly subsidized. The team is headed by a National team leader and assisted by a deputy. Leadership is by appointment with 2 years tenure. Members of this team pay 3 times over as annual membership subscription fees. Sector-Specific Technical Team
These are professional members of Afrigo. They are a group of professionals from different sectors of the economy across Africa. They are involved, along the management, in the design and the preparation, on behalf of Afrigo, sector-specific blueprints and frameworks for policy makers and governments across Africa. They are also involved alongside the management in the design and implementation of technical sessions for our annual forums & exhibitions, and their participation fees at such events are highly subsidized. Any professional member of Afrigo with a proven track record in his/her chosen career can apply to be a member of this team after having been a member of the organization for at least 3months. Leadership is by
appointment with 2 years tenure. Members of this team have the privilege of being recommended as consultants to organization and the government on sector-specific programs/ projects whenever such requests arise . Forum Management Team
The forum management team are a group of individuals, companies and professionals involved in different aspects of planning and the management of Afrigo’s programs, events, forums & exhibitions. They are constantly working together with the management in planning ahead for each of Afrigo’s programs and events. Any member of Afrigo who is at least 3 months old in the organization can apply to be enlisted as a member of this team. The team is headed by a National. Team Leader, and assisted by a deputy, and leadership is by appointment with 2 years tenure.
