12-month Post Graduate work placement scheme

Fabulous Opportunity to get Work Placement in UK
12 month taught Post Graduate (PG) Course + 12 - month PG work placement scheme
(One-year Post Study Work opportunity under their tier 4 student visa)

Students will be able to do a 12-month work placement after the taught portion of their programme, so a visa will be issued to them for a total of 24 months (12 months taught portion + 12 months’ work placement).

Which Postgraduate programmes will offer the 12-month work placement?
• Kingston School of Art: most postgraduate courses
• Arts & Social Sciences: most postgraduate courses, including Journalism, Publishing, Creative Writing, English, Media & Communication
• Business School: all postgraduate courses
• Science, Engineering and Computing: all postgraduate courses
Enrolment is ongoing for September 2017 and January 2018 intake.

Timeline – two options:

1. September intake submitting dissertation after work placement (24 months)
September 2017 – May 2018 Taught portion of degree June 2018 – May 2019 Work Placement (maximum 12 months) June – September 2019 Dissertation

2. January intake submitting dissertation before work placement (24 months) – route TBC
January 2018 – January 2019 Taught portion of degree and dissertation February 2019 – January 2020 Work Placement (maximum 12 months)
