I was nearly in tears...

Dear Friend:

I was just in the bathroom, reading a letter from my brother, when I got to the line...

"I got the program you recommended and I went through it and I thought it was great.

And after I implemented it, I went out and got myself a new apartment."

I thought he was kidding. My brother has been struggling financially for 11 years, struggled to raise three kids, been wrestling with health problems, and has fought toe to toe with poverty for years. He stayed in Ojota Olusosun dump site.

I sent him a link to a program, "72IG," in an attempt to help him.

But it wasn't until moments ago that I discovered that the program had such a profound impact on him that he not only went through it, and liked it, but he went out and made a dream of his come true.

After going through the program, he used his hustle & 's tips to build an affiliate marketing business that currently generates 20k to 100k per day, enables him to rent a new apartment & scales on demand"

Later in the same letter he wrote, "Dad registered for the program too before I did and he knew I wanted a new apartment and he told me that once I go through the course he would guarantee that I would get a new apartment."

That's even more unbelievable. My father has never even acknowledged taking any of my advice, let alone taken the time to register and implement them.

But went through 72IG," and it apparently had an impact on him, too.

I'm sharing all of this with you today because I know someone, somewhere out there is going through what my brother went through, and this is personal news which I think can inspire others to go for, and get, their dreams.

Whether it's a new car, a new house, more money, real love, or happiness at this moment, it's all possible.

I've pleaded with my brother to share his story with the world and also for him to show and teach people the exact thing he did that helped him move from the dumpsite and get a better place for himself and his family.

3 Must-Have Skills For Anyone Young And Ambitious
Or older and looking for their renaissance move

These are 3 things I wish I had developed earlier in my business career. We live and learn, but please learn from my mistakes.

1. Become a student of persuasion. We are all in sales and we often need to swing people around to our pov. This is especially important in business and when pitching VC's or investors. Make it your mission to learn from the very best. Start with Influence by Cialdini and work your way through his stuff. Learn from the great copywriters and ad men, Ogilvy, Sugarman and Halbert. Join a public speaking group and get stuck in. Learn to write and speak well. Your future self will thank you for the investment.

2. Learn to respond calmly to anything. This will save the day on numerous occasions and will help avoid massive embarrassment and regret. We all have hot buttons and we all have ego defences and fears that get triggered. We like to think we have thick skin but we are human, fallible. In business, we will come up against aggression, chicanery and outright unfairness. Learning to respond calmly will allow advantages that rage and fear will dissolve faster than skin in acid. Whatever it takes for you to learn the art of calm do it. Get therapy, a coach, go to your wounds and get them fixed. Do not wait until it is apparent you have a problem. It is on you and how you react really matters.

3. Make persistence your mantra. If there is one virtue in business that beats all of the others it is this. Tenacity, resilience and detachment are all extremely important but many a person has made it in life on persistence alone. Persistence can take you all the way. Remember that little rhyme your mummy told you about try try and try again. This is the most powerful incantation ever devised and is the ultimate business virtue. Think about it, think of all of the missed chances because you didn't keep going. Flogging a dead horse can be the dark side of it but it is persistence that tests 10,000 ways to make a lightbulb and it is persistence in the face of adversity that will deliver your dreams at a future date.

Please, if you are lacking in the above make a plan to obtain these things.

They are all there for the taking if you want it. Good luck.

Revealed! 4 secret businesses wealthy Nigerians don't want you to know. No. 2 can make you a millionaire in 42 days.

I created this short report to help many people avoid some of my mistakes and get into the right path.

So, let’s get into it.
First of all if you want to truly, really "make money online," there are 3 things you must get right from the word go so you don't waste your time, money, energy and effort.

1. DO NOT go to Google and search for "how to make money online".

If you do so, you are going to be led down an evil path filled with scams, pyramid schemes, half baked, time wasting activities and despicable human beings who masquerade as "online entrepreneurs".

99% of people who go this path end up never escaping this maze.
DO NOT DO IT!

Enough said.

2. To make money online, you MUST have something for sale and you must learn how to sell it online.

You can't cop out by transferring your responsibility to sell to someone else, ala, "do it for me" or think other people will make you rich by "helping" ala MMM.

Don't be dumb. You do not "make money online" in a literal sense. You do so by offering something of value, a product or service,in exchange for money

3. You must choose something real, something that can grow and you must have the discipline/patience to learn and do work to grow it.
Get it?

Now let's talk about the different things you can do to make money online and what you should run away from when you hear "make money online".

I'll start with what to avoid with a long spoon. Engaging in them is like dining with the devil and using a short spoon.

Next, Please Avoid These 6 Models:

1. Online surveys - purportedly, you simply respond to surveys and you get paid a certain amount.

If it was that simple, trust me, everyone will be doing surveys right now and smiling to the bank. It is a lie.

2. Get paid to read emails - this one is so dumb I don't even know how people believe it.

3. "Oil and Gas investment" - also masquerading as "online investment programs" aka, invest =N=100,000 and get paid 40% every 30/60/90 days.

There are currently new ones making the rounds now.

Who are the s**t people who invent these things? And who believes all that s**t?

4. Cash Gifting programs - a.k.a MMM and its many cousins (oh when, I was in Russia, I found Mavrodi's house.

If you lost money in MMM, I know where to find his mother, just kidding.)
All that, "provide help, receive help" nonsense.

Their promoters morphed into #3 above.

5. Online MLMs - pyramid schemes disguised as network marketing opportunities.

If they have no real product and focus on recruiting new members, it's bulls**t, it's a pyramid and it will come tumbling down.

And oh, if their "product" is a bunch of eBooks/courses, the same applies.

6. Basically, anything that promises you'll make a lot of money doing very little to no work.

It's mostly shysters and scammers who promote those things and I don't care if it's your trusted cousin telling you to join in.

Avoid them all.

How much is needed to live a good life in Nigeria?

By “good life,” I mean living in a good environment, driving good cars, 2 travels a year, health insurance, feeding well, wearing nice clothes etc

From my calculation which is based on someone living in a high profile part of Lagos, that will be an average of:

N550k a month for single person

N850k a month for a family of three

N1.3m a month for a family of four

There are 2 ways to afford this.

(1) It is either you have a high income job

(2) Or a high income business

A high income job is rare and difficult to get.

But you can start a high income business

The Heart of Teaching: What It Means to Be a Great Teacher

Kindness, empathy, and a focus on building community are among the qualities of a great teacher.

Heart made with hands

What does it mean to be a great teacher? Of course credentials, knowledge, critical thinking, and all other faculties of intelligence are important. However, a great teacher should be much more than credentials, experience, and intelligence.

What lies in the heart of a great teacher?

You are kind: A great teacher shows kindness to students, colleagues, parents, and those around her or him. My favorite saying is “kindness makes the world go around.” It truly changes the environment in the classroom and school. Being a kind teacher helps students feel welcomed, cared for, and loved.

You are compassionate: Teaching is a very humanistic profession, and compassion is the utmost feeling of understanding and showing others you are concerned about them. A compassionate teacher models that characteristic to the students with her or his actions, and as a result students will be more open to understanding the world around them.

You are empathetic: Empathy is an important trait to have and to try to develop in ourselves and our students. Being able to put yourself in someone’s shoes and see things from their perspective can have a powerful impact on our decisions and actions.

You are positive: Being a positive person is not an easy task. Being a positive teacher is even harder when we’re always met with problems with very limited solutions. However, staying positive when it’s tough can have a tremendous positive impact on the students and everyone around us. Looking on the bright side always seems to help make things better.

You are a builder: A great teacher bridges gaps and builds relationships, friendships, and a community. Teachers always look to make things better and improve things in and outside of the classroom. Building a community is something a great teacher seeks to do in the classroom and extends that to the entire school and its community.

You inspire: Everyone looks at a great teacher and wants to be a better teacher, a better student, and even a better person. A great teacher uncovers hidden treasures, possibilities, and magic right before everyone’s eyes.

12 Benefits of Using a Website Builder for Small Businesses

The internet is a normal part of daily life and plays a huge role in how people do their shopping. And yet nearly a third of small businesses still don’t have a website, according to SmallBusiness.com.

At this point, a website isn’t optional. The web is one of the main places people go to learn about new businesses and products. A website shows potential customers that a business is legitimate and established.

No matter what industry you’re in, a website both helps more customers find you and gives you a chance to earn their trust.

But we get it. If you’re an entrepreneur with limited time and zero coding skills, designing a website is intimidating. You don’t even know where to start. It’s easier to sit on your hands and keep hoping you can get by without one.

You can’t. You need a website sooner rather than later, but creating one really isn’t as daunting as it seems. You just need to find a good small business website builder.

What is a Small Business Website Builder?

You may be wondering, “What is a website builder?” A website builder is a digital tool that makes it easy for anyone to create a website – even without any knowledge of coding or graphic design.

Typically website builders supply a number of templates or themes you can choose from to have an easy starting point. Then using their intuitive website editor, you can customize the template to make it into a website unique to your business.

A good website editor will make it easy to:

Create new pages
Determine your website’s organization and menu
Change the background and colors of the different parts of a page
Change fonts and text formatting
Move the elements of the page around (drag-and-drop functionality makes this particularly easy)
Upload and position your own images
Fill in your own text with personalized content
Add features important for business such as a map for local businesses or a contact form for service providers
Add media such as video and music to your website
Easily add a blog to your site

If you decide you want to sell products directly through your online store, then the best website builder for your small business will also include eCommerce features that allow you to easily add a shopping cart and check out functionality.

Most importantly, what a website builder is for you is the path to finally getting a website up for your small business and creating an online presence to attract potential customers.

Why You Should Use a Website Builder for Small Businesses

If you’re still not sure you’re ready to get your website up and running with a good website builder, here are a few of the main benefits of doing so.

1. You can get a website up faster.

Every day you don’t have an eCommerce platform to improve your online presence, you’re losing money and customers. It may not feel that way right now, but that’s only because you can’t track the users who aren’t finding you now.

The fact is, if you don’t have a small business website up already, you’re behind and it’s hurting you.

You need to release a professional, well designed website out into the world sooner rather than later. But with a website builder, this doesn’t have to be a project that eats up your time for weeks or months – you could have your website created and ready to go within hours.

You’re busy and any company that provides a website builder for small businesses knows it. That’s why small business website builders are purposely built to make the whole process of creating your website fast and easy.

2. It costs less than a designer.

If you have the budget and time, there can definitely be benefits to hiring a professional website designer to build your website for you. But if you had the budget and time, you would already have a website that did what you needed it to.

Hiring a professional designer typically costs in the range of $3,000-$6,000, but could cost less or more depending on your particular needs and who you hire. That’s a pretty big line item to add to your budget for the year.

In comparison, some website builders are free, some cost $5-$40 a month, and some come free with other website services you need, such as hosting. In any case, the cost of a website builder is easier to fit into a tight budget than the cost of bringing on a skilled professional.

3. You have control over the look and feel.

When you create a website yourself, you get to choose the overall look and feel. With a designer, you can describe what you have in mind and hope for the best, but at the end of the day you could end up with something that doesn’t really match what you wanted.

A website builder puts the tools to create your website in your own hands so you can choose the layout, colors, and style of the website all yourself.

4. You don’t have to learn to code.

This was probably one of the big hurdles that caused you to wait this long to begin with. Learning to code takes time that you just don’t have when you’re out running your business day after day. And if you don’t have the budget to hire someone with the skill, then it’s too easy to procrastinate figuring it out yourself until you realize years have passed and you still don’t have a website.

Procrastinating something that you know will eat up hours of your life over several weeks or months is understandable. But once you know you can create a website in a matter of hours over a day or two, getting it onto your to-do list suddenly doesn’t look so hard.

Stop worrying about finding time for a coding bootcamp and use a tool that cuts coding entirely out of the process.

5. A website builder is easy for beginners to use.

Even if you’re basically a luddite and have a hard time figuring out any new tech, a good website builder shouldn’t require much of a learning curve. Website builders are specifically made to be easy to use.

While the exact layout and features included in a website builder are different for the various options on the market, any website builder made for small businesses should have an intuitive design that you can figure out with a few minutes of playing around in it.

6. You still have a lot of flexibility and options.

You don’t want your website to look like everybody else’s. Even though you’re working from templates other small businesses have access to, you have lots of options for customizing your website to make it all your own.

In addition to choosing from a number of starter templates, you can also decide on:

Color options
Fonts
Backgrounds
Formatting
The placement of different elements the page
And what elements to include on each page (images, text, buttons, shapes, forms, maps, mailing list sign ups, videos, social share buttons, etc.)

Even working within a pre-designed template, you can create something wholly unique that represents your brand effectively.

7. Your employees can make website changes without needing training.

Your website will need to be updated from time to time, even when it’s just a matter of making small tweaks to make sure the information remains accurate. For a small business owner, it makes your life easier if you don’t have to go in and make those changes yourself every time you want to alert visitors to upcoming holiday hours or a change in offerings.

Website builders are easy enough to use that all you have to do is provide your employees with login information and they should be able to make any requested changes for you.

When it’s easy for anyone in your company to make needed tweaks to the website, doing so becomes much more efficient.

8. You can make site updates from anywhere.

Another convenient feature of many small business site builders is that they live online. That means that anytime you have access to internet, a browser, and your login info, you can make updates to your website.

If you realize you need to make a change while on vacation, no problem. If you want to ask an employee who works from home to make a change from their device, easy. You don’t have to worry about sharing the right files that live on one main desktop or server.

Anytime someone needs to update the website, they only need to know the address of the website builder and how to log in.

9. Pre-designed templates incorporate business best practices.

Learning website design isn’t just about learning how to code. Good website designers also spend time studying web design best practices that create a positive user experience and increase the chances of getting visitors to take the actions you want them to.

That’s another part of website design that would require a big time commitment to learn well if you were trying to build a website on your own from scratch, but when you choose the right small business website builder, you can trust that the templates they offer have been designed by people who have already done that work.

It doesn’t hurt to still spend a little time learning what design practices work best for small business websites, but you don’t have to go too deep here. The templates provided should help you start from a place of good business web design and build out from there.

10. Your site will look good on your smartphone.

For a long time, the most important way for small businesses to stay up-to-date in the tech world was to create a website. Now, it’s just as important to make sure your website is mobile friendly.

Within the last couple of years, mobile internet usage has become even more common than desktop. A lot of the users you want visiting your website will be doing their web browsing on mobile devices.

That means you don’t just need a nice looking, professional website – you need one that looks good and works well on mobile devices as well.

One of the best ways to create a mobile friendly website is to make your website responsive. When hiring a designer, that could mean paying extra. But when working with a website builder software, it’s mostly a matter of making sure you choose a responsive template.

Starting with a responsive template will do most of the work of making your website mobile friendly for you, but go ahead and test out your website on a mobile device before you publish it. You want to make sure all your text and links are easy to use on a small device.

11. Adding media features is intuitive.

Creating a blog or adding an embedded map of your store can get complicated if you’re trying to figure out how to do it in a coding language. But a good website builder will make those updates as simple a few clicks of your mouse.

You can select the type of media (such as your social media or content pages) you want to add, upload it through the editor, and drag and drop it to the spot in the page where you want it. As with all the other changes you make to customize your website, including media is fast and easy with a website builder.

12. Including ecommerce elements is simple.

If your website will just exist to send people to your storefront, then you don’t need to worry about this benefit. But if you want to increase your profits by selling items directly through your website and adding eCommerce functionalities, then this will make a big difference.

Selling products with your website requires having a shopping cart functionality on the website and a secure way for customers to provide their payment info. A good small business website builder will make adding that functionality simple and intuitive.

You can quickly and easily get set up to allow purchases on your website and be confident that you’re providing enough security to keep your customers safe.

27 Online Business Ideas for Beginners

You’ve thought about it every year. You’ve gone over countless online business ideas in your head and imagined what your life would be like if you could quit your job and generate money on the internet.

You could travel the world with ease, create a comfortable lifestyle for yourself and your family, and achieve financial freedom. You could finally escape the constraints of the 9-5 lifestyle and own your time completely.

But then, what happens? Usually, you spend some time considering the ideas but ultimately resort back to your comfort zone.

The steady income of your secure job, the ease of having somebody else tell you what to do every day (instead of trying to figure it out from scratch), and the consistent schedule.

You tell yourself, “You know what? This year is a little too crazy. I’ll start that online business next year!”

But “next year” never comes.

We’re here to tell you that 2021 is the year you should start your online business. There’s more opportunity than ever, and you should take advantage!

To help you get started, We’re going to layout 27 online business ideas. Read through them, see which you connect with, and start doing your research. Then get started with one, it’s that simple!

27 “Easy to Start” Online Business Ideas
Here is our list of 27 online business ideas for 2021:

1. Start a Blog and Monetize it
We talk a lot about how to start a blog on this website, and for good reason.

In 2021, it’s easier to start a blog than ever before, and your blog can also be a big potential source of income (if you know how to monetize it).

Keep in mind that you don’t just start a blog and expect the money to roll in. You need to create content consistently, and it also needs to be content that educates, informs, or entertains people. In other words, it needs to capture their interest in some way.

What’s more, you need to sell something through the blog. This can be ad space, products, digital products, sponsored posts, coaching, ebooks, etc.

But if you’re willing to put in the work and you’re in it for the long haul, blogging can be extremely profitable (some bloggers make $50k per month or more).

Here are some resources to help you get started with your first blog:

2. Get Started With Affiliate Marketing
Learn affiliate marketingAffiliate marketing is basically the process of earning a commission by promoting somebody else’s product.

There are two main ways most people do affiliate marketing:

Information products. You promote products like ebooks, membership sites, video series, etc. This type of affiliate marketing can earn you up to 50% or more in commission, has relatively low barriers to entry, and it’s easy to find products to promote.
Amazon partners. Many affiliate marketers have success with Amazon. There are literally millions of products to choose from, and it can be quite profitable. For more information, you can check out the Amazon Associates Program.
Quick side note: Before you start affiliate marketing, it helps to have at least a basic knowledge of SEO and copywriting (more on each of these later).

That being said, you can read a few copywriting books and look through the beginners guide to SEO from Moz to help you get started.

3. Set Up an E-Commerce Site
One of the best ways to earn online income is by setting up an e-commerce store.

Here’s the plus side: if you try to go the route of affiliate marketing, the best affiliate marketers are focused on 3 main niches; dating, weight loss, and making money online. You would have to compete with the best of the best, and it’s not easy.

With the e-commerce route, in many markets, you’ll be competing against old-school business people who may or may not have any internet marketing experience. Many of them have glitchy, out-of-date websites, which leaves you a lot of room for improvement, and you can capitalize on their shortcomings.

It’s still not easy by any means. It requires hard work, and you need to stand out amongst the hundreds of thousands of e-commerce websites and online stores. But by filling a unique niche and executing the right marketing techniques, you can make your e-commerce store a profitable success.

Here are some tips to help you get started with your e-commerce store:

Find a profitable market. Brainstorm some ideas, do keyword research, and try to get as specific as possible. For example, there is probably a lot of competition for selling surfboards. But if you narrow it down to surfboard racks, you may have a better chance of standing out in the market.
Ask yourself, “Is the product expensive?” There are costs associated with manufacturing, distribution, reselling, etc. If your product isn’t expensive (at least $50 or more), there may be no profit left by the time you sell the product.
Ask yourself, “Is the product in a growth market?” If your market has already passed its peak (i.e., the VCR market) and is on the downslope, you probably don’t want to get involved. Instead, you want to get into an industry that’s on the upswing – that’s where you’ll have the most profit and growth potential.
Consider building a Shopify store. Shopify is a system built for e-commerce. With some basic web knowledge, you can set up a good-looking store very quickly, with a low-cost investment and with no coding needed. Shopify has a 30-day free trial too, so you can get started without spending a dime.
Here are some additional resources for creating a successful online store:

4. Self-Publish a Book on Amazon
Publish a book on amazon Have you ever thought of writing a book, but didn’t know where to get started? All the publishing nonsense, editing, and formatting, marketing, etc.?

With Amazon, you can self-publish a book fairly easily, and really make money from it. There are some simple and inexpensive guides to help you write your book AND have it generate consistent income.

Here’s the secret sauce: If you can launch your book and get a few hundred sales in the first week, Amazon will take over and start promoting it for you. This way you can make some real money from it. It’s actually easier than it sounds, but we’ll get to that in a minute.

Here are a few tips for writing a book:

Validate the book by giving a survey to friends, an email list, and/or survey sites like PickFu. By validating your idea before you write the book, you’ll improve the odds of people willing to buy your book (and you’re not wasting your time by writing it.)
Create an outline and stick to it if possible.
Set aside at least 30 minutes to an hour each day to write.
Format the book according to Amazon’s standards.
Once the book is written and formatted, you can head over to KDP.amazon.com. Log in with your Amazon account, then under “Create a New Title”, select “Kindle eBook.”

Here’s a good strategy for your book’s launch week (to get 100+ sales):

Set the price at 99 cents for the first week.
Run a 99 cent promotion with sites like Buck Books and Robin Reads.
Post a book excerpt on a relevant subreddit and link it to your book page at the end.
Post 1-2 guest posts during the launch week that link back to your book page.
Blast your email list multiple times.
By the end of the week, hopefully, your book has eclipsed the top 5,000 or 10,000 overall paid ranking. From there, raise the price to $2.99, and continue raising the price $1 at a time every few days until it stops selling (then, lower it back by a dollar). This will tell you the optimal price for your book.
(Here’s a case study of a book that used this strategy to launch successfully and consistently bring in $3-$4K a month in profit.)

5. Create a Digital Product or Course
Creating a digital product or course is similar to writing an ebook. You’re monetizing your expertise by teaching it to the others.

That being said, you don’t have the benefit of Amazon promoting your course. You have to do the promoting yourself through your own website, your email lists, and possibly through affiliate partnerships. You also need to create a compelling sales page that will convince visitors to buy from you.

If you don’t already have an audience, it might be better to self-publish on Amazon first. That way, you can validate your course idea, grow your email list (just make sure to have an email opt-in at the front and back of the book), and more or less create a rough draft of the course (since it will probably be similar to the book).

Here are some additional resources to help you with an online course creation:

TheRiseToTheTop.com – David Siteman Garland’s website that’s helped thousands of entrepreneurs launch profitable online courses.
Monetize Your Expertise Podcast – Helpful episodes by online course expert Grant Weherley to help you start your fist online course.
6. Become a YouTuber
