We coordinated activities of the takeoff planning committees and subsequently functioned as the strategic delivery arm of the government. This role covered overall program management, organisation design, human capital advisory and ex*****on management support over the life cycle of the government.

We developed, incubated and set up several public-private partnerships to support implementation of the economic blueprint of states.

We supported states in gathering primary and secondary data on an ongoing basis, to aid effective planning and decision-making for citizens.
📌 Financial Advisory:
We provided advisory services to support the issuance of financial instruments to meet short and medium term financing needs.
