Last year, just a week before my convocation, I made a decision that I feel was the deciding factor in my life's interactions...

Just a week before the big day, I packed my bags and voilà, I relocated from my place of comfort to a whole new city. I knew I could be daring, but for this one, I too do oooo! 🥱🙇‍♂️

As a Polymath, I have keen interests in diverse fields, but my knack for information gathering, growth, development, and customer-centric solutions has stood out for me. I believe this was what drove me to study Sociology. 😉🫣 I shouldn't even go there, right? 😂😂😂

Just a young man interested in making my own changes from a small place...

I took the journey headlong with just a word, "Go," and as someone once mentioned, the worst place to be is "where God was."

In my quest for growth, I have met people, built bridges, shared experiences, and continue to grow tremendously.

Last year, it was time to take that growth to the global stage, concentrating on social contribution to the Africa we want, when DDK (Debola Deji-Kurunmi) came calling for the African Masterclass series. I took the challenge headlong; it was an intensive moment with months of tasks, learning, and growth.

This year, amidst my growth process, the Lagos Business School Young Talent Program came calling again. Out of over 2,000 applicants and a series of rigorous selections, I came out successful, and oh my, the sessions were life-changing.

Earlier this year, a friend sent a message to me and was like, "Bro, I just stumbled on a Mini-MBA Program at Lagos Business School, its deadline is in 3 days, so see if you can apply."

Hmm, the process eh, let me not say anything! 👀😂😂

The good news actually came in over three weekends ago, out of over 1,000 applicants from different states, I was selected as part of the top 150 who made it to the program: the fully-sponsored Mini-MBA in Venture in Management at the Lagos Business School.

According to the Program Manager, "My application was stellar and I aced the interview with incredible points."

Here's to more as I continue on my voyage...

I am incredibly inspired and grateful to God after an amazing weekend at the Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University for the Young Talents Programme 2025.

It’s a humbling feeling to have been chosen as one of 60 participants from a national pool of over 2,000 applicants. The selection process was intense, and the program itself was a powerful moment of mind renewal for me.

We spent the time examining the foundations of intentional career building. Dr. Belinda Nwosu challenged us to develop a work ethic ready for a system of FLUX, moving beyond the old VUCA world. Prof. Tayo Otubanjo reinforced the importance of mentorship in leadership, a lesson our generation truly needs to embrace. We were honoured to have Prof. Okechukwu Amah as our group mentor, who patiently provided so much clarity.

One of the most exciting parts for me was the challenge to create solutions for youth issues.
My team, the fantastic Group 1, 💃☺️ came up with an idea called MindMap360, a support initiative for youth mental health.
I am so proud to share that our project was chosen as the winning idea by the judges (Dr. Richmond Okafor, Oreva Atanya, Dr. Glory Eyinnaya, and Dr. Olayode Agboola)! They strongly encouraged us to bring this to life beyond the contest, and that's exactly what we plan to do. 💃🏿💃🏿💃🏿

A huge thank you to all the speakers like Segun Osoneye and Dr. Oyinkansola Odunayo for shedding light on what it takes to break barriers.

I'm so thankful to Lagos Business School for the opportunity, to the sponsors, Multipro Consumer Products Limited, and to the brilliant facilitators and organizers. As Prof. Uchenna Uzo said, the YTP is an "enabling structure" for Nigeria's youth.

We have truly been fired up to go out and help build a world and a nation we will be proud of.

The journey of a thousand miles we are told begins with buying food shoes. 👟 👠

NYSC Orientation Camp was a phenomenal experience for me as I met quality relationships.

I was privileged to serve and lead alongside my brother and ._ in the NCCF, Nigerian Christian Corpers Fellowship, EDE, Osun Chapter and the experience was mind-blowing. Jesus Himself was glorified.

My treasure served alongside as well, taking her platoon to a winning position at the volleyball game and also serving as the sport director for her platoon.
I am proud of you Hephzibah Mine, 💕 Ife mi.❤️ We live no casual life here, we are made for impact 🫣😂🥰💯❤️

I had roommates that became brothers "Block H, room 4" 😂😂

Amazing Pathfinders of Landmark University were well represented as we took the Light of Landmark to wherever we were found. ._

I met quality relationships that time won't permit me to share all I have learnt from them. et al.

Camping in Osun state was not an experience I thought would be amazing, but you know, God's Orchestration is better than man's preposition.

Indeed I BEGIN with the ONE who BEGAN with US in the BEGINNING.

Hey there, 😂 it's been a while.🥱
I have been engaged in quite a few activities, but here is my current reality.

During my time at the university, I had the privilege of attending a career fair where I encountered the seasoned professional and HR expert, He spoke extensively about the 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, but one statement stood out and has since shaped my perspective:

"𝐓𝐨 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤, 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞."

After my convocation in 2024, the question "𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭?" became critical. As a patriotic Nigerian, it was only natural to serve my country through the 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐩𝐬 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞 (𝐍𝐘𝐒𝐂). .ng

Arriving at the NYSC camp on the 𝟐𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲, I soon found myself living out Gbenga Totoyi's words. Within a few days, I was entrusted with the responsibility of leading my platoon's parade as the 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 for the swearing in ceremony. The unwavering support and dedication of my teammates made the task not just easier but deeply fulfilling.

We excelled not because of individual efforts alone, but because I had learned the power of 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞.

As I continue on my journey of investing in and empowering others, I remain committed to fostering growth, collaboration, and impact.
