My favourite people are getting married!

I met and last year when I attended my first hangout and I was immediately blown away by their openness, support and help from that very moment.

We all connected instantly as if we had known each other for forever did my brand designs for ( you don’t even want to know the wahala I gave her, the night calls and how many times she tweaked until I was satisfied💖) and has not stopped referring me to people to provide services. He’s always ready to provide me help whenever I ask!

Best believe when I say; they are truly the most selfless people I have met in a long time especially on this tough entrepreneurial journey in Nigeria 💖💖

I’m am blessed beyond measure to have both of you in my life. I love you both. Tomorrow WE TURN UP 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Burnouts are very real, and they can consume us at different stages.
Burnout occurs when you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and unable to meet constant demands. As the stress continues, you begin to lose the interest and motivation that led you to take on a certain role in the first place.

Burnout is almost inevitable for high achievers but here are a few tips to deal with burnouts
- Try to find some value in your work
- Take time off to Rest and Recover
- Make time out for a digital detox
- Male Exercise a priority and not an after thought
- Be more sociable with your colleagues as this can buffer burnout
- Reach out to those closest to you.

You can overcome the lack of creativity, motivation, focus and all the disillusions and pessimism that is associated with a burnout.

You have to be deliberate and intentional on your approach with dealing with burnout.
