Traveling to South Africa?

An increase in the theft of gas bottles was investigated by our team. After scrolling through the footage we noticed that a 48kg gas bottle being rolled away inside of a wheelie bin both belonging to the owner of the home.

***SA Elections Update***

In the elections held on May 29, 2024, the African National Congress (ANC) party, which has ruled South Africa since apartheid ended in 1994, lost its parliamentary majority. Only 40.21% of the votes were cast for the ANC after almost all of the votes were tabulated. For the first time, in order to cross the 50% barrier needed to form government, the ANC will need to create a coalition government with other parties.

With 21.78% of the vote, the Democratic Alliance (DA) secured the second position, trailed by the MK party (14.59%) and EFF (9.51%). The official results are anticipated to be released by the Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC) on Monday, June 3 at 6:00 p.m. local time (16:00 GMT) however there are talks of parties calling for a recount which may delay official results.
