This phenomenon can be attributed to various psychological and social factors.
Firstly, offering advice to others can provide a sense of control and empowerment. When we're faced with someone else's problem, we're often able to step back and analyze the situation with a clearer perspective, free from the emotional attachment that clouds our judgment when dealing with our own issues. This distance allows us to approach the problem more objectively and devise potential solutions more easily.
