In morden times, we have come to understand that the purposes of government consists of preservation of life and property at home and what has become to be known as protection of the territorial integrity of the nation, against external aggression, government would have to concern itself more with welfare of citizens and protection of lives and property.
The purpose and essence of government will not be complete if our representatives can not formulate policies that will help protect lives and properties
