Travails of Victoria Travels
For a business set up with a certain standard of service there's been quite a plethora of complaints over service delivery and communication mishaps.
When we view business as an organ deserving of sustenance, maintenence, review and planning; we can say that Victoria in her Travels has indeed sustained, maintained and planned well in the first place as the online review continues from past customer experiences.
Reviews aren't a bad thing and what business wouldn't like a good review. A bad review however will require intelligence by the owner in turning that which may be a stumbling block into a stepping stone.
Nick Agule has done a marvellous job of customer service in his attendance to and reply of complaints and that may just be the best thing to happen in private business review space in Benue state since social media.
Whether one has used Victoria Travels or not the curiosity to ascertain the legitimacy of the hype is there and any intelligent mind can tell whether a complaint is genuine or not going by the feedback from Mr Nick Agule.
Whatever be the intention of the complainant, with or by Mr Nick's explanation someone will learn the importance of customer service and the importance of emotional intelligence and the practice of it.
It is unclear why some may think a business person can simply sit out complaints, that will be arrogance because people don't know what the truth is once an accusation is made and no matter how petty it may seem, it's still important to the person making it, whether public or private; and for others it will take more than an individual who is not a part of the company to lay it out to them how wrong and out of point they were in the event the complaint is made out public.
Pay mind however to the clear fact of true and actual steps Mr Nick took to assuage aggrieved individuals. Those steps done in time and in private before now became the receipts that demonstrate the true customer service and not simply online mouthing.
For business owners, this is not about age or the qualification(s) of Mr Nick but the sincerity of his customer service.
If your business came under such a public call like Mr Nick Agule's would it be crystal clear that you did your best and offered the greatest possible succour to an ailing instance or you simply give the person back double because after all - u ye hin ya u'nan u tse ga!
Kudos to the reverend gentleman Mr Nick Agule for picking the number one seat on this victorious travel of Benue's customer service.
