about our last Solar Installation
At Eden Energy Contractors, every installation job is also a learning experience.
Last week, during a solar installation project at GRA, we had moment that you could learn lessons.
Our team had positioned solar panels on the solar carport and planned to complete the fastening and installation process the next day due to changing weather conditions.
Unfortunately, that same night, there was a heavy rainfall accompanied by strong winds. Since the panels had only been positioned and not yet fully secured, eight panels were blown off the roof.
As installers, we took responsibility for the situation and replaced the affected panels. The image of the broken panels is on the first slide while the replaced well fastened panels are on the second and third slide.
The lesson from this experience is simple: never place solar panels on a roof unless there is enough time to properly secure and hook them in place. If time is limited or weather conditions are uncertain, it is safer to wait and complete the work when everything can be done correctly.
In this industry, safety, quality, and proper installation will always come first.
