If you're a feminist; this isn't me talking down on women
But you can skip this post.....

Just a few days to a friend's wedding, Anita's nightmare were her skinny fellow bridesmaids fitting perfectly into their cute pink gowns on her sister's wedding day. They would make her feel so fat. "These girls can be mean" she said to herself.

She became so sick of her size then she made a decision...I just need three months and I will fit in a size 10 gown. She dived into youtube and watched some success stories and became more pumped.

So she decided to buy a waist trimmer and register for a gym this Saturday and by Monday, a strict keto plan will be activated.....

Then off to what'sapp and Facebook timelines; she is spreading motivational quotes and the "I CAN VIBE".

A few hours later same day; she is craving cold stone ice-cream like she fell from Pluto. So she hits ShopRite and orders a quarter litre of cold stone with a king-size Pizza. While she is at it, Fred calls; are you up for chicken and chips at our regular joint later tonight?
"No dulling" she replied.......the rest is history

Then three months later with another huge occasion coming up........ She is back to the mirror again
For the umpteenth time she asked herself
"It's like am getting fatter....and the cycle repeats itself.

The mirror reflects, it doesn't interpret...the interpretation is your contribution.

Your mirror is as important as your interpretation of the reflection you see

Why we fail at things is because are more interested in sharing what we want to do

Than figuring out the strategies will works.......

Your resolve will be tested!

I repeat; your resolve will be tested!!

And I repeat; your resolve will be tested!!!

So when you make a resolve, be ready for it to be tested.

If you are ready, then you can succeed better.
