The Enemy Within the School Walls

Sometimes, the real enemy of a school isn’t outside, it lives within.

A teacher who flogs children until they fear learning...
A gateman who takes bribes and discourages new parents...
A teacher who eats a child’s food and calls it “just small rice.”

Parents don’t always shout when they lose trust, they quietly walk away, carrying their children’s hope with them.

💔 WHEN HOPE IS ALL THEY HAVE 💔

Today, I watched children being sent home from school because they couldn’t pay their fees. Some stood crying, refusing to leave. Others were dragged away by their elders, holding tightly to their books as if letting go meant letting go of their dreams.

Among them are orphans, the less privileged, and those who have dropped out many times but keep trying. Their tears speak of pain — yet behind those tears, I still see hope.

Hope that one day, they will return to school.
Hope that one day, their prayers will be answered.
Hope that one day, they will rise again — stronger and braver than before.

To every child out there: don’t stop believing.
Your dreams are still alive — and one day, the world will celebrate your story. 🌈
