Job Title: Branch Manager – Health & Wellness
Location: Port Harcourt
Salary: ₦250,000 – ₦350,000 Monthly

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and organized Branch Manager to oversee sales performance and daily operations at one of our Port Harcourt branches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing branch operations efficiently, supervising staff performance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive branch sales performance to meet and exceed targets.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and improve customer retention.
* Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence.
* Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment.
* Supervise, coach, and motivate branch staff to achieve operational goals.
* Prepare regular sales, inventory, and operational performance reports.
* Liaise with supply chain and head office teams for smooth operations.
* Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure excellent service delivery.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in retail, sales management, or branch operations.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Proven ability to drive sales targets and operational performance.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
* Experience in the health or wellness industry is an added advantage.
