Shadowban is not an official Instagram term but a term most Instagram vendors use when they want to tell me no one is seeing their content or they're experiencing very low engagement.

If you think you're shadowbanned, this will help you lift it:

1. Check your "Account status" and if you've violated Instagram community guidelines, report to them.

2. Go on Instagram mid term break. Take two/three weeks off. While you're away, have an expert audit your page and prepare for your comeback.

3. Audit your hashtags and third party apps. You maybe using banned hashtags or apps that are not approved by Instagram.

4. Say goodbye to your pod groups. If you've been using pod groups to increase likes and comments and all those weird pod hashtags, please stop.

5. Have a content strategy and start directing your messaging to new audience, e be like your old followers don see you finish.

And if you know you did ojoro to grow your account, you either clean up or create a new account or forever hold your peace.

The people killing it on this app, do they have two heads😭😭😭?

Yes, they do. One is their head, the other one is their tutor's head.

Are you at that point where you feel you're doing everything they said you should do on Instagram but no result? I think it's time to get help; it is not about doing everything but doing the right thing.

Throwback to when I had an audit session with from there, we started a one on one visibility strategy session. From gaining clarity to realizing that she needed to focus more on what brought in the money and not just do everything.

I gave her tasks that I was scared she'd not do, lol.
We set Instagram visibility targets.
We tried new tactics; found what worked and ditched the others.
Tried storytelling for business and good captions.
Explored many visibility tricks.

At the end, we got:
✔ Community bonding
✔ Organic growth and visibility
✔ Attracting ideal clients
✔ Consistent sales
✔ Enjoying her stay on Instagram.

Instagram is fun, and will be more fun when you realize your money is on this app(and start collecting it)
And this will work when you position right for visibility.

For SALES - Talk about your best seller and why it is your best seller. Or client undiluted review.

For Engagement - Share product benefits not just features.
Eg:

For Leads - Share behind the scene stories and shenanigans.
How you spent your day with your staff, delivery wahala, packing and sorting orders etc.

For Visibility - Share community stories.

For S - Why choose you? Write captions to share your brands unique value

For E - Share personal stories - Why you started, successes, struggles etc

For L - How you serve/work with your clients - 1:1 coaching calls, webinar with your students, training for a company etc

For V - Share tools, tricks and more value. You can also share your favorite things; podcasts, apps, mentors etc.
