π Product Performance: Phones, Chairs, and Storage are among the leading sub-categories by sales, making them important products to monitor for continued growth.
π Customer Segments: The Consumer segment contributes the largest share of sales at approximately 50.56%, followed by Corporate at 30.74% and Home Office at 18.7%.
π Time Analysis: The dashboard provides a view of sales trends across 2015β2017, helping identify changes in sales performance over time.
π‘ Business Recommendations
1οΈβ£ Focus on high-performing product categories while identifying opportunities to improve underperforming categories.
2οΈβ£ Develop targeted strategies for the Consumer segment, given its significant contribution to overall sales.
3οΈβ£ Investigate regional performance differences to understand what is driving stronger sales in high-performing regions.
4οΈβ£ Use time-based sales trends to support forecasting, inventory planning, and future sales strategies.
This project reinforced one important lesson for me:
Data becomes truly valuable when it moves beyond numbers and helps businesses make better decisions. π
