MICROSOFT OFFICE IN HISTORY
Microsoft offices was first announced in August 1, 1988 at COMDEX in Las Vegas by Bill gates. The first version of offices contained Microsoft word, Microsoft excel and Microsoft power point. On July 10, 2012, softpedia reported that, the users of Microsoft office package are more than a billion people worldwide. Microsoft word is programmed in more than 102 languages which consist of 43 full languages, 48 partial languages and 11 proofing language.

Brief function of Microsoft office components
Microsoft word: It is a word processor in term of typing, formatting and printing of document
Microsoft Excel: It is a spread sheet editor used for calculation/analysis; it is useful for some sciences and social sciences courses (Accounting, Business Administrator etc.)
Microsoft Power point: A presentation program used to create slideshows of texts, graphics and others objects which can be displayed on screen and shown by a presenter or printed out on transparencies.
Microsoft Outlook: A personal information manager that replaces window messaging, Microsoft mail and schedule.
Microsoft One note: A note taking program that gathers hand written or typed notes, drawings, screens clipper and audio commentaries.
Microsoft publisher: A desktop publishing application for windows mostly used for designing brochures, labels, calendars, greeting cards, Business card, newsletters, website and post cards.
Microsoft Access: it is database management system for windows with a graphical user interface and software development tools.
Microsoft Project: A project management application for window to keep track of events and create network charts and Gantt charts.
Microsoft visio: A diagram and flowing chatting application for windows.
