1. Go out to new building sites, locate buildings that are near completion, bid and solicit for the awarding of the industrial cleaning (post-construction cleaning) job of the building, which could be a single, or multiple apartment buildings or an entire estate project.

2. Seek the consent of either the project manager, site engineer or the actual project facilitator (owner), for permission to inspect the property, make analysis of the property, draft a proposal and submit with an invoice (quotation) for ex*****on of the job.

3. Follow-up every prospective job with calls to the project manager, site engineer or actual project facilitator (owner), and visits to the site at intervals to ensure that the jobs are awarded to the company.

We invite applications from suitably qualified persons for the position of a front desk officer (receptionist) of our Laundry extension.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accord Customers Warm Welcome.
2. Find out which of our laundry services they need.
3. Receive & Pick up of Clients laundries
4. Delivery of laundered clothes.
5. Inspect all laundered & ironed fabrics before packaging and delivery.
6. Daily & Weekly sms to customers for ready cloths & cloth pick-ups.
7. Record all Inflow laundries with full description of fabric type.
8. Tag all inflow laundries with tagging paper
9. Insert appropriate information on the tagging paper.
10. Record all outflow laundries and the amount paid
11. Prepare Daily activity report and send via sms to MD, and other duties as may be assigned.
12. Go out for marketing at least twice in a week.

REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be Cordial/Friendly/Warm
2. Smart and intelligent
3. Fluent in speaking and writing
4. Should possess a natural flare for marketing
