Role Description:

We are looking for an HR Analyst/Training Admin to provide analytical support, training administration, and general HR assistance. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in HR analytics, training administration, or a related field.

Skills

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

2. Good command of English Language.

3. Proficient in HR systems, including HRIS, LMS, and performance management software.

4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

6. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
