1. Trying to look rich

Spending money to look rich is one of the worst wealth killing strategies.

That $50k car on a $30k wage is going to make someone else wealthy not you.

Why not buy an old car and the money you save on a lease you invest to make you wealthy?

2. Credit cards

Credit cards can be the devil. If you spend money on them that you can't pay back then don't do it.

If its an emergency then they do have their uses as well as if you use them with 0% interest.

But using them to buy the latest clothes....don't do it.

3. Buying the biggest house you can afford.

Just because you can get a mortgage at 5.5 times your household income doesn't mean you should.

Not only will your mortgage be more expensive but all the running costs too.

How about you by a smaller place but invest the extra?

You shouldn't go about talking to anyone without a precise goal in mind.

Whether it is to ask for a favor or to praise someone or to ask her out...

Know your reasons well.

It's not a big deal

If you make it look like talking to a stranger is a damn big thing for you...

You are gonna overwhelm yourself with stress and anxiety.

Make it look like it's nothing.

If they talk to you well and good. If they don't then no harm no foul(their loss).
