CORPORATE FIGHT
What does it look like?
Okay I will tell you.....
Corporate fight can come in various forms ranging from interpersonal disputes among colleagues, differences in opinion, competition for resources, or even conflicting interests.
Now read this story………...
There was a corporate conflict that happened between an auditor named Sarah and her auditee, Mark.
Sarah, a diligent auditor, was tasked with conducting a comprehensive review of the company's financial records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
As Sarah started her audit, she noticed discrepancies in the financial reports provided by Mark, the finance manager.
Concerned about the accuracy of the data, Sarah approached Mark to seek clarification and request additional documentation.
However, tensions quickly escalated as Mark grew defensive, interpreting Sarah's inquiries as an implication of incompetence on his part.
He felt his authority being challenged and became resistant to Sarah's audit process, viewing her as an obstacle rather than a partner in ensuring financial integrity.
Arguments between Sarah and Mark became strained, with misunderstandings and frustrations clouding their interactions.
Sarah felt frustrated in her efforts to uncover the truth, while Mark perceived Sarah's inquiries as intrusive and unwarranted.
The conflict reached a boiling point during a tense meeting where emotions ran high. Both Sarah and Mark struggled to find common ground, each adamant in their perspective. The issue was later resolved but from that day, Sarah and Mark remained "Collemy." (Colleague and Enemy as same time).
Let's hear from you🤗
If you are Sarah as an Auditor what would you have done differently?
