There is a difference between being gifted and being equipped.
And that difference can determine how far what you carry actually goes.
A woman can be incredibly gifted and still struggle to build something sustainable with that gift.
She can have the vision, the ideas, the voice, the passion and even the opportunity.
But when the demands increase, something begins to show.
The gift was there.
The capacity wasn't.
This is something we don't talk about enough.
We celebrate what women carry, but we don't always talk about what it takes to develop the woman carrying it.
Your gift may open a door.
But what happens after you enter?
Can you lead?
Can you make decisions?
Can you communicate your vision?
Can you handle responsibility?
Can you build the systems required to support what you are creating?
Can you remain grounded when the visibility increases?
These things require development.
And that is why I don't believe awakening is simply about discovering that you have something inside you.
It is also about becoming conscious of what that something will require from you.
Because it is one thing to say, “There is more in me.”
It is another thing to become the woman who can carry that more.
That is one of the conversations we will be having at The Sent Woman Conference 2026.
On October 24, women will gather around purpose, leadership, influence and legacy.
Not just to be inspired for a day.
But to think deeply about what they carry and what it will take to steward it well.
What you carry matters.
So does the capacity you build to carry it.
