What could make ur garri change colour to black ?.
1. Keeping your garri on the floor can make it change to black.
2. The garri that is not well dry on fire also make it to change color to black.
3. Putting your garri inside bag after frying it when it's not yet cool also make ur garri change colour to black.
4. Allow you garri to get cool after frying it before you can bag it .
5. Store your garri in a cool and dry place, without that it can change color.
