*BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE FACEBOOK LIVE INTERVIEW WITH THE CEO OF RAGP, OSITADIMMA OSHOPO AND ENGR P.A.J ON 4TH ANGUST 2021.✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️✍️*
*QUESTION: Sir what brought about the vision of RAGP?*
Answer: I started Network marketing business Since the year 2000, then there was no indigenous MLM company. After several years in the industry with much work and observation. I studied how network marketing works, how pyramid scheme works and how ponzi scheme works. I discovered that these white men who own these companies Were only milking us dry because at the end of the month, what we take home is peanuts compared with the money we generate for them. They only pay back about 30% of commissions back including incentives and they held a whooping 70%. Having seen this, i was moved to start up something that could reward people more handsomely for their labour.
*QUESTION: When did RAGP as a company start?*
ANSWER: Well the vision of RAGP started as far back as 2014 but the first registration in RAGP was done on 26th of February 2016.
*QUESTION: Where was the first office of RAGP company?*
ANSWER: The first office was a very small apartment in Number 2 Lagos road, Gariki, Abuja, we were there for just four months before moving to a bigger space.
*QUESTION: Sir What is the present state of the company, following the recent challenges and setbacks it had faced in the past few months, in fact what happened to the company to start with?*
ANSWER: Wow! Okay! After blessing and transforming so many lives for years and doing that even during the covid period that the economy was bad, we decided to restructure the business in order to have a solid and more reliable platform but many Nigerians who don't understand what it means to restructure a business started saying that the business was having issues.
*QUESTION: But Sir, during that period, Airtime wasn't going, we wanted to subscribe our cables, it wasn't going too. No transaction was going and we began to think the system was folding up, what can you say about that?*
ANSWER: Yes! Airtime and other transactions wasn't going then because the upgrade we were into required transactions to be halted for it to be effectively done, infact it actually required that we shut down the entire website but we said we can't do that, so we decided to do it partly.
*QUESTION: Why did the upgrade take so long and at some point, people were not being updated too?*
ANSWER: When the Engineers came in for the work, most of them were white men anyways.
They told us that this volume of upgrade we want to do will take nothing less than 3 months, we were skeptical of coming out to announce that we'll be doing a whole 3months upgrade, so we just told you all that we were doing upgrade and we don't know when it will end. Moreso we didn't deem it fit to keep posting everyday that recharge will be back by so so time when we know that the upgrade wasn't over yet. But now we're done with our upgrade. Every transaction is fast and perfect on the platform now.
*QUESTION: We can see that the platform is as fast as never before in delivering every transaction. But Sir after the upgrade, we discovered that we could no longer access our former balances in our accounts, they were liened by the company, why was that?*
ANSWER: What happened was that One of the companies that supplies funds to our partners erroneously refunded some partners some funds they already used up to the tune of , out of about 5,000 partners, only one person contacted the company to say what happened.
The company had no option than to lien all the accounts in a bid to recover the funds, some of the them have even transferred the funds to other usernames in order to avoid being traced, but we have been able to recover most part of it and we're still in the process.
*QUESTION: so when will our money be returned to us?*
ANSWER: Serious work is on to put an end to that issue Once you follow the right procedure, kindly send your username and lien amount to our customer care service or give your upline to send, then be patient and you'll soon be attended to.Already we have massively unliened many accounts. We're assuring everyone that this lien issue won't exceed next month.
*QUESTION: So concerning RAGP services, is there any addition we should expect?*
ANSWER: Yes, we have negotiated for SME MTN data which is a cheaper data for Mtn users, so very soon you'll have the option of either buying normal data or SME DATA. Also, Just this week we have negotiated and partnered with EEDC Which is the Electricity distribution area that covers about five eastern states, soon it will be available on the platform.
*QUESTION: OK Sir, Is there any update also about additional incentives and compensation plan?*
ANSWER: Yes we are working on it and in the coming months, there'll be incentives for 5,000 monthly PV. Also other incentives will be increased to the tune of about aside the which used to be the highest incentive.
*QUESTION: Some people so complain about the customer care service, what can you say about that Sir?*
ANSWER: If you've observed the customer care service in the past days, you'll notice a tremendous improvement in their attendance to partners' calls, we've increased the number of staffs in that department for a more satisfactory service to our partners.
*QUESTION: Why can't new partners have providus bank account number to fund their wallets?*
ANSWER: Normally obce you're registered in the business, you automatically have your own providus account. But the is that providus bank started demanding for BVN number of partners before creating their accounts for them as CBN directed them to do since early this year, And many people are skeptical about disclosing their BVN number, that's why the account number is no more available for new members but if you can input your BVN details, then you can have the account created for you. Meanwhile you can use our other methods of automated funding.
*QUESTION: Some are complaining about the reduction in the commission rate for airtime and data, how about that?*
ANSWER: The reduction is not coming from us, the Telecom companies increase the price rate of their products thereby reducing the profits, we have no option than to follow suit.
In addition we've instructed our engineers to place a sliding screen on the website so that whenever there's an update, partners can see it once they login to their accounts because we've discovered that about 90% of our partners don't visit our news update website.
*QUESTION: In conclusion Sir, What word of advice or encouragement do you have for partners and even prospects of RAGP?*
ANSWER: well my advice to prospects is that now is the time to join the business, for the past five years we've just been learning how to do the business just like apprentice, now RAGP business is kick-starting because now we've built a solid platform that will outlive every member.
We've tested the waters for you and yes it's working 100%, come and build with us now.
And for existing partners, increase your speed because the RAGP you knew is not what you'll continue to see by the coming 90days. If we can bless thousands of lives in the first five years of our operation, then what will happen in the coming months will be tremendous. I only have one formula for success in network marketing and that is nothing but FOCUS. It's very difficult to serve two masters.
