Here is Why You Need A Business Fixer:

I just concluded a 20mins Buisness thinking session with a client this morning. She is an undergraduate studying medicine and she sells perfumes. She complained about low patronage in her business and needed help on what she can do differently.

As a Buisness Fixer and strategist Remote Assistantng I explained to her that the main reason for low patronage is; You can't be selling a product that others are selling and sell it the same way they sell and expect a different outcome because there is nothing unique about what she sells.

She was curious and asked, what is unique about selling perfumes?

I opened her eyes to see beyond just selling perfumes to what she ought to do . I connected the product she sells to a major problem (personal hygiene) and created a better brand from it.

Let's put the pieces together:
A medical student with knowledge on body systems(skill)+ perfume sales (product) + body odour (a major personal hygiene problem)= Profitable brand

I showed her that: she is a medical student with far better understanding on health and personal hygiene that profers a solution to the problem of body odour using a special blend of perfumes with secret ingredients that keeps the customer smelling fresh throughout the day and the price for all this is budget friendly and affordable.

I also agreed to work with her and create appealing visual assets to sell her brand and also create relatable content. This is just a summary of some of the strategies we discussed.

What Can I Do For Your Business?

Everyday am awake, my mind is constantly racing on what value I can give to the business owners in my network.

Years ago, I switched my mindset from "What can I be paid to offer this service?" To "What value can I contribute to these businesses around me?".

So I signed up for Data Entry Academy
I learnt a lot of softwares(over 30 kinds of softwares) that can boost the operations of any kind of business, but the one that stood out for me is "Process Automation".

It sounds like a big word but it simply means, switching from manual tasks to a software that can automatically handle the task on split seconds, thereby giving you more time to handle other important tasks in your business operations.

For example: A phone and gadget store can shift their sales from manual to digital by deploying:
1. An online store to get sales both in store and online. Customers can go through the store and see the items you have without too much back and forth whatsapp messages which most times doesn't end up in a sale
2. An inventory software that keeps track of all products available and any that is about to go out of stock

Now with these softwares, you don't even need a laptop, they work on tablets and mobile phones.
