Change the way you see and treat your business here on Instagram. Imagine meeting someone for the first time, and you guys went out on date, I'm sure you won't go proposing to them or even accepting a proposal based on a first date would you? ⁣

It's still the same with businesses done on social media. You don't expect your audience to buy your products immediately, sign up for your courses when you haven't provided real value and when they haven't known,liked and trusted you.⁣

You want to give out value everyday with your contents, let them know you and also build a relationship with them first.⁣

Create offers your audience can't resist on the different stages of the value ladder. What is your bait to draw them in? What is your front end offer? Plan all of these stages out as you continue to grow and build your business here on Instagram and sales will come. ⁣

The most important lesson is, let your ad copy be simple and straightforward. Overthinking and over writing can confuse your audience. The poster of the egg stated exactly what he wanted his audience to help him achieve and he got just that.⁣

Be direct. Use catchphrases that creates urgency that can move people to take action. ⁣

🔆. Use a name that best represent your business. Something short, catchy and that can be remembered easily.👌⁣

🔆. Explain who you are and what you do in your Instagram bio. Let people easily tell what you do by just reading your bio rather than having to scroll down your page before finding out.⁣

🔆 Include your niche's keyword(s) in your Instagram bio. ⁣


🔆 Include a landing page to your Instagram bio.e.g website link, WhatsApp link or anywhere you would want to send your followers to.⁣


🔆 Don't forget to space with emojis in your Instagram bio.⁣


🔆 Include a branded hashtag in your Instagram bio. ⁣

Feeling unappreciated is the #1 reason customers switch away from products and services.⁣

So your customer wasn’t happy with your product or service? First of all, don’t panic.⁣

The truth is, if you’re in business for any amount of time – you’re going to have unhappy customers at some point. It’s inevitable.⁣

Yet, if you put your heart and soul into the products and services you offer it can be heartbreaking when the customers you work so hard to please aren’t happy. It’s easy to get defensive or angry, especially when you don’t feel like you’ve done anything wrong.⁣

Instead, take a deep breath and see it as an opportunity to truly shine.⁣

Your worst customer could actually be a blessing in disguise. If you handle them well, this can be a chance to build a lifelong advocate. Plus, it’s also a way to show that customer (and everyone else who might be watching) how professional you can be during the worst of situations.⁣
