Duties / Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Engineering Team on Upstream & Midstream.
Oversee design, planning & ex*****on of Technical operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and industry regulations.
Manage Budgets, schedules, vendors & field teams
Prepare and submit quotations, bids, and technical proposals.
Participate in Tender process and commercial negotiations.
Maintain CRM records of client interactions
Requirements / Skill
Minimum of HND/BSc in Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of operations experience, preferably in the Engineering & Procurement field.
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Persuasion skills.
Proven Project management &Leadership skills
Familiarity with industry software(e.g Apen, Petrel,AutoCAD)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.

Duties / Responsibilities

Manage office administration and company assets.
Support Facility maintenance and supervise minor upgrade works.
Provide project site support and logistics coordination.
Assist with Procurement processes and vendor follow-ups.

Build and maintain Professional rapport with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements / Skill

Duties / Responsibilities:

*Prepare proposals, request RFQs, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.

*Source reliable vendors for materials, services, and equipment

*Review, compare, analyze, and recommend products and services to be purchased

*Monitor suppliers' performance and resolve issues and concerns

*Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items and resolve shortcomings

*Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies

*Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts

*Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.

Requirements / Skills:

BSC/HND in Supply Chain Management or related discipline
At least 1 year of experience in foreign and domestic procurement in an oil and gas servicing firm

Knowledge of oilfield equipment, materials, and service contracts.
Familiarity with NIPEX and Nigerian Content requirements is an added advantage.

Job Title: Drilling Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop detailed well designs, drilling programs, and cost estimates.
* Perform offset well analysis, pore pressure/fracture gradient prediction, and casing design.
* Select drilling fluid systems, bits, and bottom-hole assembly (BHA) configurations.
* Monitor daily drilling performance and ensure adherence to drilling program.
* Optimize ROP, mud parameters, hydraulics, and BHA performance.
* Ensure drilling programs comply with HSE regulations, industry standards, and well control guidelines (IWCF/IADC).
* Participate in well reviews, HAZID/HAZOP sessions, and safety meetings.
* Prepare post-well reports and lessons-learned documentation.
* Coordinate with service companies for tools, drilling fluids, logging, cementing, and completions services.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
* 7+ years of experience in drilling, completions, or well engineering.
* Valid IWCF/IADC Well Control Certification (supervisor level preferred).
* Strong knowledge of well control, drilling fluids, directional drilling, casing design, and rig operations.
* Proficiency with drilling software (Landmark, WellPlan, Compass, StressCheck, etc.).
* Experience with both onshore and offshore wells is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze well log, core, and fluid data to determine porosity, permeability, and hydrocarbon saturation.
* Integrate petrophysical data with geological and reservoir models for accurate reservoir characterization.
* Evaluate reservoir quality and net pay zones for exploration and development wells.
* Provide real-time log interpretation support during drilling operations.
* Participate in well planning, formation evaluation, and completion design reviews.
* Prepare petrophysical reports, cross-plots, and presentations for technical and management teams.
* Ensure data quality control and consistency across wells and fields.

Qualifications:
* B.Sc. in Petroleum Engineering, Geoscience, Physics, or related field.
* 8+ years’ experience in petrophysical analysis within the oil and gas industry.
* Proficiency in Geolog, Techlog, Petrel, or Interactive Petrophysics (IP).
* Strong understanding of log interpretation, formation evaluation, and reservoir properties.
