The Market Entry Course March/April 2021 Edition, came to a successful end on Saturday 8th May 2021.

The participants were grouped into 3 teams and each team had the opportunity to pitch their business ideas to a team of assessors, who assessed the business ideas for feasibility, viability and profitability.

Team 1 with their interest in the Agricultural Sector presented an idea called "Farm Feeders". Team 2 had their eyes on the Hospitality and Tourism Sector with a business idea called "POSH". Team 3 demonstrated interest in the FMCG Sector with a business idea called "Cofala Icing".

The high point of the program was seeing participants (who came in timid and with little or no idea about the business ecosystem) defend their business ideas with confidence.

During the course of the 8weeks long training: 2 participants started new businesses; 1 participant got a new job for the first time; 1 participant is currently revamping and repositioning her business; 1 participant testified to a remarkable improvement in his relationship and performance at his workplace; while 3 other participants are currently fleshing out their ideas to be registered as full businesses.

Analysis of the training feedback showed that 98.6% of the participants were very satisfied with the overall program while 100% found the courses to be relevant and immediately useful to them.

Management appreciates all trainers and assessors for taking out time to selflessly share their knowledge and experiences, in training and mentoring participants.
